@Bell @Bell_Support for cutting off my internet at my current address because I ported my home phone number ahead of a move. And thanks for having your customer loyalty/retention team call us 2 days before to confirm they would not cutoff internet! Moving to @cogeco feels good!

@Bell_Support why is your internet never working? Better yet, why do techs go in and mess about it boxes and screw up service. Twice this has happened in less than a month. Ridiculous when you work from home 🤬🤬

@Bell_Support Yea I could try but I've already gone through so many support hurdles. I get it things happen but I just wish someone could have told me there's a known problem being worked on (if it even is?) :/ then I could have saved so much time. Honesty goes a long way.
