    @Bell Data is great for clients of your mobility service. What about those with your internet service? Are they getting credit? Your rural NS customers are still without service.

    Never use @bell for business phone services in Canada. They over sell you and then charge cancellation fees when you try to fix the problems. No phone service for 5 weeks and no solutions.

    I'm going on almost 2 weeks without regular phone access and @Bell @Bell_Support STILL hasn't contacted me despite my 4 calls/online chats with support, and one was a call from my building security desk because they told me to borrow a phone to call. @Bell is trash.

    @Bell_Support Just called to update my support ticket and was punted twice. Both reps unable to update an open support ticket. Wires are now hindering egress from one of my entries which has now become a safety concern. Your my third attempt today.
