🙄🙄 why didn't @Bell send a remote with new HD satellite receiver? Plus in the email it said it'll be free remote if the old remote isn't compatible with the new satellite receiver free of charge but the bell support didn't indicate there would be $30 charge.

@Bell_Support No internet. No Fibe. No home phone for FOUR DAYS. In Canada’s largest city. In the year 2023. This is completely unacceptable. This has become a public safety issue.

@Bell_Support Recently got denied a price match with the ones on their website so I decided to leave at the end of this month. Funny part is the agent told me I was doing a bad move because I might end up missing a work day if I'm not on Bell's internet. Yet here we are, thanks @Bell_Support
