    @Bell_Support Bell is the worst yet most expensive service provider in GtA with the most pathetic customer support. Never faced any issue with Rogers earlier.

    @Bell_Support When will internet service be restored in Forest Manor community. Started from 8am and it’s been more than 12 hours and no update from Bell. Are you really doing anything?Work is getting interrupted for us.

    @Bell_Support Wi-Fi has been out since may 11 at noon. First I got told 9pm as resolution time, then I told told 2 pm on may 12 then I was told 6 pm and then I was told 8 am on may 13. Now I’m getting a new time. This is the third day with no service. How are we supposed to WFH

    Hi @Bell_Support, you sent an update saying the issues giving rise to the outage have been resolved, & service restored. This is not true. There has been no internet for more than 12 hours, & apparently some people have been experiencing an outage for more than 36. Unacceptable.

    @Bell_Support If you’re not able to fix things up let us know don’t waste our time. I need full credit on my bill and if things are not fixed asap you will lose a lot of customers.Things can happen but you seem to ignore this issue by just a single tweet :(
