    @Bell Please explain why I’ve been waiting since 8am today for a technician and after calling twice, there is now an issue with my ticket and no one is dispatched? 13hr service window is NOT ACCEPTABLE! @RogersHelps

  • BanditHeeler10 Bandit_Heeler (@BanditHeeler10) reported

    @viraniarif @CRTCeng I pay @Bell over $2k per year for TV and Internet. I should be free to choose if I want to watch a US broadcast of a US show/event instead of having to be bombarded with online betting and Bell commercials. Stop signal switching and let Canadians choose!

    @Bell_Support is there an outage on West Toronto?

  • artificivl Tayl0r 👽 (@artificivl) reported

    I knew there was a reason I never used @Bell .. first week of service and my calls are being forwarded to VM and I'm not getting missed call notifications. Fantastic

    @Bell_Support Im at a loss to understand how a communications company that boasts about its speed feels it’s appropriate to penalize customers with further delays and insinuations that a customer is somehow to blame for internal communication & warehouse restocking issues….

    @NFLCanada @Bell @BiggestOrtizFan gb run fake as ****

  • ideeahs Olivier de Sousa 🇨🇦🇫🇷🇵🇹🇪🇺🌎 (@ideeahs) reported

    @Bell must think Canadian consumers are pushovers and ignorant. Just today I read another article which states we have among the highest rates in the world. The fact that customers must call in to ask for lower available prices (if available) is piss poor customer service. 2/..

  • MikaRRT Mika Nonoyama (@MikaRRT) reported

    @Bell bill👆$10/mo since Feb 2022. When I inquired: "We continuously invest to provide a reliable service & price adjustments help support these investments to ensure we continue to offer products and services of quality"🧵1/2

    @Bell cannot manage to fix a home phone line problem that has been going on for over a month. Today, it was to have been fixed for good. Yeah, hard no on that as now phone line doesn’t work at all. @Bell actually made it worse. Infuriating.

  • MoiraPotter11 MoiraP🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@MoiraPotter11) reported

    @bell is even worse than Rogers. Tried for weeks to resolve a tech issue. No one can help (i think they offered a service they can't provide) When will Canadians get decent services and a choice of providers? #CRTC
