@LeafsMaz20 @Bell @Bell_Support I used to work as a tech for a large communications company in the states. NO ONE can ever tell you that you need a new modem over the phone. If ALL your services are down its likely a cut/down line somewhere or an issue on Bells end. Good Luck!

@Bell increasing rate plans, and when your contract ends offering BYOD plans that are more expensive than what I had during contract. I get BYOD that reduces my plan and than they increase my towhr two lines rate plans. Thanks bell. Customer support and loyalty are offering plans
