    @Bell_Support have spoken to 7 reps so far today and on hold AGAIN after services were suspended without warning. In the middle of a pandemic. And your chat customer service told me to call or borrow a phone from someone else. When we aren't supposed to be around other people...

    @Bell_Support Bell has tried to assist but your routers are absolute garbage. I've had multiple calls. Let me know when you're named Helix and I'll give you a holler. Until then, I'm going to tweet my frustration at your terrible products.

    So noticed recently that my @Bell mobile monthly charges went up. Apparently, it is a service fee increase. Pandemic or not. Service is hardly use at all bec we use home wifi. @CRTCeng @CRTCHearings Maybe it’s time cancel this service after almost 10 years being a bell customer?
