@Bell_Support It's been 4 hours and as far as I can tell, nothing has been done and nothing has been communicated to the thousands of customers who have been waiting. I look forward to finding out what you will be doing for your customers since you are clearly not providing a service.

  • CathyMcManus5 Cathy McManus (@CathyMcManus5) reported

@Bell_Support Yes back in Toronto, won’t know for a while if everything is ok. Still not happy with communication on this service failure.

@Bell_Support My FibeTv App is affected as well. I have tried to watch my recording on my App since 7pm, and am still getting a "Unable to load recordings", both when I click Recordings and Scheduled. My tv is still not working.

  • CassMReese Cassandra (@CassMReese) reported

@Bell_Support And I don't have a mybell username etc. Such garbage. When will fibe tv be working??? When? WHEN!?

  • DanColantonioJr Dan Colantonio 💙💛 (@DanColantonioJr) reported

@Bell_support shame on you for not coming public with your major outage tonight. I spent countless time rebooting, trying to call you and trying to access your website. Total waste of my night. You didn't have the courtesy to tell us. We all deserve a free month of service!

  • hmvi vilma (@hmvi) reported

@Bell_Support Literally the first thing the Bell Support page directs you to do is reboot your receiver when the blue Bell Fibe logo display is stuck. And now, after five hours down, you recommend NOT rebooting?

  • TKaufma53665722 TKaufman (@TKaufma53665722) reported

@Bell_Support I rebooted long ago. Will this cause a problem getting my TV to work once service is restored?
