    @Bell_Support Fibe internet appears to be down in the J8B region. Tried resetting and unplugging modem and no success in restoring

    @Bell_Support According to tech, it’s been going on since 5G rollout in June. But only recently our tower turned on 5G. So ya. Fix it. Thanks. (And no he or I can’t turn off 5G on the fixed antenna, although that’d be great)

    @Burco_guy @Bell Yes same here to, I had damage done to my house on the 5th from a new installer, I called that day and opened a complaint.. not 1 phone call or email back to this day. I have 3 follow up tickets to prove it. Bell has the worst customer service in Canada🇨🇦

    @Bell_Support Nothing will help except dismantling this country's telecom oligopoly. Your company gets away with high prices and poor service because there's no other options.
