    @Bell_Support The lack of answer makes it clear that @Bell only uses their CRM for upselling and account retention. When even a crown corporation such as @hydroquebec has better outage communication than a privately owned telecom company, maybe it's time to switch to a provider which cares.

    @Bell_Support Can we please have an estimated time of fix? I have deadlines for University and Work deadlines that need to be pushed and will need this info to give to the people concerned.
