    @Bell_Support Internet has been spotty on and off all day and I can’t play any games on my wifi. I have bell fibe, restarted a bunch of times. Still so so slow and turning on and off. I’m in the L9Y area code

    An hour waiting on the phone. 2 different customer service agents gave me wrong numbers for Quebec despite the modem saying call 310-bell had to drive to a @Bell store and get a new home hub. TV 4k modem won't connect to the new home hub. Back on the phone to wait another hour

    @PowerForeword @Bell_Support @Bell_Support the problem affects all clients and is occurring on all platforms (Android App, Amazon Fire, Chromecast). What equipment do you want all customers to reset?

    @Bell_Support There is no issue with equipment. The problem is on your end. How about YOU (@Bell_Support) get in touch with tech support when you have multiple clients contacting you about the same problem?

    @Bell_Support It’s telling me there’s no scheduled programming when in fact it shows what the scheduled programming is. Thought this may be a problem with my subscription but it would say the channel is not subscribed to
