Everything technical & internet-related is falling apart at my home. Bell WiFi app doesn't work. Bell Home Hub takes forever to do anything. Then wifi went out completely. @Bell tech person helped w/ one problem, then either hung up or we got cut off,& she didn't call back

@Bell HORRIBLE Customer Service. On BF (Site: Simple and Easy process). They told me after I get my Phone. To bring my old phone to the store. The store could not return it. Online Says its Store Fault. Store Says Online Fault. I AM NOT PAYING $380 Because of Incompetent Company.

@Bell_Support so my dad just went and cut wires that he thought were old cable wires that we still had for some reason. Turns out they immediately cut off our internet and tv. Should we be calling you guys to fix that or should we try to find replacement wires?

I was abused @Bell till I broke down. The bullies still work at Bell while my life stopped & been living in poverty while fighting abusers on Bells payroll to this day #MeToo. My mind keeps disassociating for 5 yrs now as Bells lawyers ask inhumane questions #SaidBefore

@Bell your customer service, while being slightly better than Eastlink, has been horrible. Paid for the Home Hub 3000 just to find out I never got it installed, and still being charged full price? It's been less than a month with the service and I'm already dissapointed.
