@Bell_Support Then there should be a better faster solution for the $$$ we pay. Used to be able to walk in and just replace it. So if my main receiver was dead, I would be out of service for days???

  • user14201 Craig (@user14201) reported

@Bell_Support my Fibe TV has been cutting out all morning. Don't ask me to unplug it because I already have. This was also happening a couple weeks ago but fixed itself. How do I get this problem PERMANENTLY fixed and a refund for the days it didn't work correctly?

  • stillbasic Jamie Hopcraft (@stillbasic) reported

@Bell Bell is the worst company to deal with......

  • ChrysalisChris Chris Hitchcock (@ChrysalisChris) reported

@Bell_Support Fibe internet is down @ Oakville near 8th line and upper middle. How do I report this?

  • P3Gerald Peter Gerald Kilayko (@P3Gerald) reported

  • ClayStThomas 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙎𝙩. 𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙨 (@ClayStThomas) reported

Hey @telusmobility started messaging/talking to various reps 3 weeks ago trying to set up a new family/sharing plan to no result. The latest call I was supposed to get this morning did not materialize. Glad you're busy, but I need help. Should I just take the hint & call @Bell ?

  • Mc66Karen Karen McDonald (@Mc66Karen) reported

After a grueling few hours on the phone with @bell mobility, with shite customer service (not typical), I went to @TheSourceBell who saved the day - such friendly and knowledgeable staff. A positive experience. Seriously, if you're looking for a phone or any other tech, go there.

  • Catofsiena Ayn Rand (@Catofsiena) reported

@Bell. You really suck. I can’t even write how awful you are. I guess that you are better than Rogers, but that is a really low bar.

  • SaulCas62377585 Saul Castillo (@SaulCas62377585) reported

@ronnie0329 @Bell So when they say they will look it further be very skeptical because these bone heads don’t care about you just that you’re getting charged up the butt for their services. Goodluck having the Twitter Bell Support try to solve your issue quite useless

  • Infinit29907419 Infinity (@Infinit29907419) reported

@Bell_Support Why do I have to cancel my service before Bell can offer an extension to my service that I currently have.
