I called Eastlink afterall and they came right away. Unfortunately, he was scared to cut his lines into our house until Bell removes theirs along the street as he thought it might be enough for the pole to come down and take out the @bell phone lines for the street.

@Bell You should be sorry. None of the Saradhas that took my live chat session were either unwilling or not able to help. I’m trying to bring in a mobile service to my account, but it seems Bell live chat agents are against my decision. Very poor costumer service. #BellFailed

@Bell I just slammed the door in the face of one of your "agents" after I said I was happy with the service provider I was with and he KEPT PUSHING. I understand you just ran new lines, but if someone says they're not interested, DON'T KEEP PUSHING. You won't get new customers.

@Bell @Bell_Support I’ve been trying to return a new device and cancel a newly added line for nearly 4 weeks now via phone, chat and whatnot, even had a callback for this past Saturday and wasn’t called to get it done, can someone please help?
