  @TheSpec she also has a medical alert service that isn’t working either with this outage. How many are in the same situation? One fall and we’re in big trouble. @Bell and @Bell_Support have been completely useless. Lying every other day when it will be repaired.

  How does one download a show when there are several recordings now @Bell? You can only play or delete the series. It is still the worst app, now just made more cumbersome.

  @POW2112 @CraveCanada @Bell BBUS moving homes was inevitable. There’s no way another network was going to allow a popular franchise like BB to go un-monitized in Canada. That said I’m glad the deal also includes BBCAN.

  @Bell_Support Our modem isn't working and Bell sent a new kit without one of the cables and no technician?? Calling in is a nightmare with the AI assistant is a nightmare. How are we supposed to restore the service we are paying for?

  Well were we ever wrong going back to @Bell They said they wouldn’t charge installation. Forgot to mention it’s self install internet!! We thought we had a good package! Wrong. Terrible way to treat customers. Been on the phone all morning. I HATE BELL! Good tv but crap service!

  I’m so over @Bell @Bell_Support lately the wifi has been automatically switching to data in my bedroom! Your wifi sucks! Even when it switches to data it’s slower than cruise ship satellite wifi!

  @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?
