    @Bell sucks! Agent that’s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesn’t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesn’t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to work… A joke.

    @Bell Btw @Bell I was quoted $600 in person if this isn't resolved in a manner I find appropriate I will never do business with your company again and I'll be expecting a full refund on my new phone when I return it. Thieves and liars

    @Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.
