    What's up with @bell @Bell_Support repeatedly refusing to send a technician to help my 86 year old grandmother fix her tv/ internet? She's been a customer for 60 years and is blind and deaf. She pays hundreds of dollars a month only to be treated like this? Outrageous.

    If I worked in advertising, I would say that @Bell makes another spot in the "It's not you, it's your network" ad campaign, only it's with some guy in a trench-coat, beating off on the bus to porn. If you know the series of ads I'm talking about, you know where this is going.

    @Bell_Support I've had bell come out and fix it but it did the same thing an hour later error 1000. Seems like you guys are doing this on purpose at this point both at 8pm turned off
