I was abused @Bell till I lost touch with reality & tried killing myself. Bell punished me for being sick & cut my benefits. Their lawyers been trying to push me to the brink & isolate me, not allowing me to have support in litigation #Belletstalk #Abuseofpower #victimshaming

My call to @Bell_Support is going as planned. 1st person, "Can't help you. Let me transfer you." On hold 10 minutes. 2nd person, asks for info again, puts me on hold another 10, "Can't help you." Me: "Please escalate this." 2nd: I'm checking something else. Line drops. 😠

@Bell_Support That's just it!! Your last customer service person told me to tell my mom to Just Call Us. How???? She doesn't have a phone and you already cut off service at her old home. I REPEAT! SHE IS 80 YEARS OLD AND YOU TELL HER TO WAIT IN AN EMPTY APARTMENT FOR 9 HOURS!!! #DISGUSTING
