@t3kfr34k @Bell Most likely the same problem I had, they charge you for the best internet but don’t let you know that they can’t provide the best internet in your area

@Bell My Bell Fibe has been performing dismally in the past 2 weeks. I’m seriously considering switching to any other provider who can give me consistent quality of service!! If this is state of the art than Bell is seriously in trouble!

@ms_e_a They came to my door to sell me internet last year after a new tower went in here, only to cancel the day before hook up because it was full. Not even an apology. @bell & their shady sales crew / strategies are the worst. I think you got lucky at least they didn’t waste UR time

Hey @Bell do you train your installers to open a customer’s door and stick their (unmasked) head inside to announce their presence, or is that going above and beyond for customer satisfaction?

@Bell you charged me $121 in roaming last month: $45 for a 20-minute local call while in the US, plus $75 for five days of data. If I was with @ATT, I would have paid $0. Please explain why I should remain a customer.

@Bell_Support I’ll give you an opportunity to help, but, I’ve got to be honest, thus far your track record has been pretty poor. Here it is: My land line doesn’t work (no dial tone). I don’t have a cell. Where do we go from here?

@Bell Sounds like "insurance" at @canadapostcorp If you want the service that you paid for to work, item to actually show up? That costs extra.

@Bell_Support If, when faced with a technical problem, your advice is “Try calling us using our competitors network, because, apparently, they have their **** together when we don’t” then you *seriously* need to reconsider your line of work. 1/2
