    @Bell_Support Scarborough North Medical Arts building doctors & pharmacy have not had phone service since Sunday night. Some tenants have one line working; the pharmacy has none. We're hearing Thursday or Friday for restoration. This is a disgrace. They are healthcare providers

    @J_Ko__ @Bell_Support That's only for when it's not working...and it's my first try always...lol. This is working but I should be able to switch between the 2.4 and 5 networks. No idea why but most apps need 2.4 ghz

    @Kimburly22 @J_Ko__ @Bell_Support That's interesting. Thanks! I've never had to do it before but since moving into this house it asks me to connect to the 2.4 everytime. Maybe because the Hub is in the basement, I wonder? I'll call Support when I get a chance. Just hard to find the time right now.

    @koodo check your DMs. Finally spoke to a Koodo Promotions member and they tried to scam me to pay more money then the plan on your website... ready to switch to @bell or Rogers and swore I would never go back...

    @J_Ko__ @Kimburly22 @Bell_Support Finally got it to connect. It was just a smart plug for my Christmas tree. Easier than trying to get in behind it to reach the cord..lol. It was connected all along and than I stupidly changed the network name and had to reconnect everything and this was the one hold out.
