@Bell_Support I have been with technician on call for 4 hrs . They even made me go to a service station to exchange the modem. What a waste of weekend

@wickdchiq @Bell @CTV_PowerPlay And you were generous enough to not charge them a crazy late fee like Bell does to their own customers🤐 Also a little sad that I know U of T students who have been on CTV panels and have never been given compensation. Legacy media takes advantage of those who don’t know better.

@Bell Was offered this on Nov 22. Because employee didn’t set up account properly they are saying now not eligible. On phone with @bell_support numerous times HORRIBLE!!! Give me what your offered!! FYI Conversation of offer recorded. Next stop CRTC. And I though @rogers was bad 🤬🤬

@Bell crappy service … I had asked for an upgrade on my internet service at home . Technician will come in 2 days to effect the upgrade . Was told by the contact center that home internet will be down till then as upgrade process was initiated !! Wonderful

Dear @Bell Your PVR interface is absolute garbage. The world has moved onto smartphones and your setup is like trying to use DOS. As a tech company you should be ashamed to charge customers for such outdated, no quality products.
