    @Bell_Support 14 days. 7 phone calls. Over 12 hours on the phone. 7 different reps. And absolutely zero assistance for my issue. Why has it taken this long for a mobility case manager to call me?

    I thought when you order a new phone you were suppose to receive it within 3 to 5 days? Tomorrow will be the 5th day and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. Not off to a good start for a new customer @Bell @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support I’d like to know how my cell phone can get a stronger than 1 Bar signal? I’m in a new apartment since December 2020, and signal isn’t strong enough, and ends up streaming too much. H4B 2W7

    @raptolemy @Bell The old router with antennas was the best. I had signal in my back yard. After the new router, spotty signal outside.
