Mark Laventure (@marklaventure) reportedHey @EastlinkSupport, not sure if the 53 minute wait (and counting...) to talk to customer service, is good customer service. Maybe I should just hang up and take the great offer from @Bell I am calling you about.
-
Baseballcanadiangal (@Frogger2175) reported@Bell WHEN are you fixing the phones for Mississauga green house? Over 8 days with no fix? You are killing their business and angering clients trying to call them. Take ownership and fix it! Thinking of moving to Rogers
-
NS (@kojam2022) reported@Bell_Support Just checked the app and see a notice that you're doing planned network maintenance. I have done backbone IT support for some BIG providers over the years. Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? 😡
-
AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported@Bell How are you going to help me if you reject my calls? You have charged me for equipment I returned via Purolator and they confirmed they returned to you. After a week of your robot denying to transfer me to an agent I want to cancel all my services. Maybe I should ask my bank
-
Typhlosion3000 (@Typhlosion3000) reportedDear @Bell @Rogers @ShawDirect Why are you keeping your walk-in stores open and operational when you recently changed your services and customer care support centre to only contact via cell phone lines?
-
Rajesh kumar M (@mrajeshdav) reported@RogersHelps I spent 2 hours with them yesterday, which were the other option was cancelling and asking the customer to pay the early termination feee. Whereas the it is a network limitation of @Rogers .it ain’t such a remote location , the direct competitor @Bell has a 3gbps for the address
-
Mike Moore (@HueyTheFrenchie) reported@mobinfiltrator @Bell The best choice I ever made was not having my tv/internet from the same provider as my cell. This way if one of them goes down I’m still good.
-
Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps If @Bell has any actual usable service in the area we would definitely consider switching

Stephen Pinsent (@swpinsent) reported@Bell_Support @Bell_Support wow, after over an hour chatting with your support bot, I'm now referred back to the same numbers I started calling to. I will not be calling them as the telephone agents were rude and bad to deal with.
