Danielle Morris (@topsyDT) reported@Bell These employees assured me she would have her coverage overseas. Well, that is false. I’m sure you are still charging her for the plan she is supposed to have and will give her a hard time upon return. Make this right. Fix this. This isn’t right.

Vanessa (@ButterflyPlays_) reported@FF_MuTeX @Bell Hbb did he replace the fiber cable going from the wall to the modem? That cable has fiberglass in it so if you accidentally step on it, vacuum over it, etc, you can damage the cable that way and it will cause an issue with connectivity. Also if you're hardwired into a router...
-
Ennis (@ennis19) reported@FF_MuTeX @Bell @FF_MuTeX did they try changing you to a different port/channel at the main hub which services your house/area? Apparently that was our issue, with our service according to our tech. Something to do with our account/previous account on that port was causing the problem.

Rural Biz (@Internetbiz911) reported@Bell In Grey Bruce Ontario Internet/cell phone service has been very weak all day. Rural areas have no service.

Amanda Wilkinson MSN-Ed 🇨🇦🇬🇧👩🏻⚕️ (@CanadianNurses) reported@Bell_Support I have contacted bell multiple times about it. They say there’s no more they can do, unless of course I spend more money. I already have the second most expensive service.
-
Alex V (@Lucky0slevin) reported@FF_MuTeX @Bell You mentioned a modem not a router...bell only has modem/router combos. You either have the h2k, h3k or h4k. If you have fiber the power cycle isn't the issue. You may have a device in the house causing the problem as well. Try using only one or 2 devices at the time

Richard Jonkers (@richardjonkers) reported@Bell_Support is the an Internet outage in Pickering?

Danielle Morris (@topsyDT) reported@Bell I’m tweeting you, as I’m at my wits end. My mom is in Europe honouring veterans who were part of the Dieppe Raid in 1942. Put a plan on her phone with lots of time. It has been days. It’s not working. I spoke with 3 people yesterday.
