@Bell Thanks...I'll DM you, but I've already brought is issue through phone and chat support...it's not really a personal issue...multiple @Bell customers are complaining about this (as seen in the ticket), but the support technicians seem unable to address the issue.

@Rogers Trying to change some services on my account. Rotted on hold for 28 minutes, finally got a rep, who hung up on me. I tried to call back, but now your customer service department isn't taking phone calls. I see @bell in my future. #crappyservice

@Bell seriously? Yet again my internet goes down, tech asks if I changed my plan??? No! Reprograms and now fax isn't working? Techs put me on hold and just hangs up x 2 at this point!

@Bell just a follow-up on my tweet from Jan 8, your fibe app is still dogshit in all the original ways, but now it appears that you can't stream something for more than 19 minutes before it crashes out. #BellLetsTalk about how you continually let down customers
