Congratulations @bell. My girlfriend was just about to renew her #virgincanada plan on a new iPhone. Guy told her it costs 50 to buy in store. She left. They’re setting up her new phone at #rogers because they waived the 50 fee. Amazingly stupid to chase customers away. #bell

@Bell_Support is your TV service out in Nepean? All of a sudden TV froze and I couldn't do anything with remote except turn off TV. Turned it back on and it said searching for signals.
