@Bell_Support Amazing that I have to spend over 3 hours and 3 months on the phone to fix what your support team failed to make happen. And pay $150 for the privilege.

@Bell_Support please contact me so you can live up to the claims in your commercials of good customer service. YOUR mistake should be rectified immediately. My tenants shouldn’t have to wait a week for internet. This affects a commercial tenant as well. @AdStandardsCan #bell

@Bell_Support So you can try to sell me on a bigger data package and offer “helpful tips on optimizing my wifi usage”? No thanks. The solution is set your throttling cap at least equal to a low end Internet package (~2.5mbps) so that it’s actually “useful”. #unlimited #data

@Bell_Support shout out to your tech Sean who after 4 hours and countless calls to bell support finally solved my issue today. Everyone else either hung up on me or acted like they couldn't solve the issue. Sean deserves a raise!
