    @z_haus @Bell I have AI call answer. Never deal with spam calls as a result. Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.

    @broddy83 @Reil76 @Bell i’m on the fence about switching to fibre since they are installing it on my street. it is a lot faster but i don’t want to switch from cable and have these issues.

    @RogersHelps I spent 2 hours with them yesterday, which were the other option was cancelling and asking the customer to pay the early termination feee. Whereas the it is a network limitation of @Rogers .it ain’t such a remote location , the direct competitor @Bell has a 3gbps for the address

    @Bell_Support just trying to see if theres anyway to get some assistance in the Port Severn area? Theres some old landline homes that have no service in the area, and no way to alert you as they are older citizens. If you could send someone to check the area lines, would be 🥳

    Hey Bell! Curious, does your fraud department actually exist? Have contacted and created multiple claims and haven't heard or seen anything come from Bell. So much for customer support. Explains why people end up with people hacking their accounts and stealing. @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support I just signed up for Bell Mobility and went to the Number Transfer webpage but it's not recognizing my Bell temp number. And when I called support they said they were having tech issues and were unable to talk further

    @Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.
