    It is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers

    @Cat4714 @Martyupnorth @Bell Telus is worse. Hubby was paying over $100. Had a special for seniors we could get for US/Mex calling. Down to $45/mo but on phone for over 1 hour. I'm sure call was to india celebrating daliwall in background. Painful

    Way to go @Bell thanks for sending a technician out to install internet. They came back twice with the same problem and no solution, then ghosted me. I then chose Primus, and yet again, your Bell technicians are screwing me over, as the tentative date is now September 1st. Ffs

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up
