@Bell_Support I've DM'd ... spoken many times. Have an outstanding 'ticket' or whatever you call it and still no service in significant areas or Northern York Region. I understand that the population is in Toronto, but please, put towers elsewhere too. Rural customers should pay less.

  • scottslater Scott Slater (@scottslater) reported

@Bell_Support any issues in the Kanata / Stittsville area right now? Had a short blip of a couple of minutes, came back for a few minutes now back out again for last 10 minutes or so

  • DonMatchett2 Don Matchett (@DonMatchett2) reported

@Bell Was a Bell customer for 20 plus years , phone , satellite TV, internet , not anymore, switched everything to another provider, the reason switched was the last 2 years with BELL WAS A NIGHTMARE

@Bell's customer service is incredibly inefficient. I signed up for a plan over a year ago. I have been overbilled by $25/month for OVER A YEAR. I've called today for the 9th time (almost 1/month) to try and get this rectified, without luck!

  • baytona999 baytona (@baytona999) reported

@Bell_Support Experiencing super slow speeds currently, when I connect to a server which is hosted within my province (Newfoundland) it works fine. But when I select a server outside of Newfoundland and off of the island, speeds are ~3mbps with 100+ping.

  • justin_woodgett Justin Woodgett (@justin_woodgett) reported

After 15+ hours on the phone dealing with tech support I've come to the conclusion that none of the systems at @bell are actually connected. I've reset the modem and been asked to replace the modem as many times as I've called!

  • kushando Kushan Fernando (@kushando) reported

@Bell_Support I left Bell several months ago but I still get calls doing customer service surveys. Can you scrub your list?

  • tomfowlerbug tom fowler (@tomfowlerbug) reported

So after going through three routers in two weeks, despite having told @bell each time that the problem was the line coming into the house, the wifi just conked out (again) and the newest router is telling us the network’s working fine… there’s just no connection to the house.

  • Claire10804776 Claire (@Claire10804776) reported

@DarcieLanthier if I call @Bell, they tell me they're the best service provider in Canada. Ultimately I reduced my tv channels to basic to manage costs

  • AnderssThomas Thomas Anderss (@AnderssThomas) reported

@Bell WHY does your @ctv website and app suck so badly. I can't even bring it up on phone or laptop fix it
