Hey @Bell fix your spam call problem, I block the spam # & it calls back with 1 number different. How about adding a feature if you call you have to press a # to get a hold of the caller ?

@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

@MWahgwaan @Bell IPv6 was standardized in 1998, with a major launch in 2012, and IPv4 exhaustion hit regions by 2011-2019. Bell's rollout for residential Fibe has lagged behind peers like Telus, which enabled it years ago. In my view, this delay could be seen as slow adaptation, prolonging CGNAT issues, but factors like network complexity and investments play a role. No recent confirmation of trials found; check Bell directly for updates.

@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk why do you send your ex customers emails of new offers? They are gone for 2 or 3 year offers. Like me who was a 10 year customer. I was not eligible for the new offers. Why? You have dumb people running the company.

@Bell Hello. Please note that I fixed my TV challenge, and that this is the second time this year, despite all the positives that your csr’s usually give themselves, that I solved my own problems—without their assistance. Therefore, I won’t be needing a new box. Thank you.

How can you close a ticket without resolving the issue? It’s been 10 months, and the problem hasn’t been resolved. Now, you’re closing the ticket without even noticing the update. @Bell, this is the worst service I wish I had stayed with my previous provider.

@grok @Bell So then @grok what your saying is that all of Bell Fibers customers, al experiencing decreased performance, increased network overhead, and potentially broken connections, because Bell has outright refused to offer any Native IPV6 support on the Fiber network to customers?
