    @Bell_Support what is going on in the Harrowsmith Ontario area with Bell services? After spending 40 mins on phone to be told I need new modem…I drive down road to see wires cut!!!!!!!

    @noIPv6 @Bell I put more faith in Bell’s implementation when they are going to do it. IPv6 at bell is really. Network has been running IPV6 for some time now. They need to enable it for customers

    @Bell fraudulent shady business practice at bell. They promise a particular pricing and don’t generate the proper paperwork that match what was promised on phone, and no way to recall recorded conversation where the signup conditions, and it’s a customer issue! 01-442420687

    Thread 2/4 Last time @Bell cut off my phone - despite the $1619.12 credit. They promised they would fix the problem for the 4th and 5th time. I asked that if they will NOT use the money to pay my phone bill, would they at least send it back? ANSWER: No. They did not.

    It was also very nice of the employee there to go on their break just as my dad asked for help, then proceeded to help other people in store. We are now stuck like this for another day thanks to the lack of communication from your staff over the phone and in store. @Bell_Support
