@bell @BellMediaPR @cp24 is Bell mobility network messed up? My phone says 5:23 and the tv and all our clocks say 6:23. Did someone make a mistake and put clocks back one week early?

My husband's work phone is through @Bell and his alarm didn't go off because his clock was an hour behind. His phone is set to "use network provided time zone" and he was connected to a tower in 'Atikokan' Ontario which is impossible. It seems our local tower is messed up? 😬

@Alessandra8484 @Bell_Support You can override the time settings if you want. But remember to change them back when the problem is fixed. Or you can wait until the system refreshes at Bell.

@Bell_Support I don’t know how close you guys get with contacting the engineers but the time issue appears to be with the automatic timezone entry on the network, it appears to be set to Atikokan instead of Toronto.

@Bell_Support Did you guys do a software update overnight? My network time is wrong, out by an hour, in both car and phone. Not impacting my wife on another network.

@bell Please fix the time issue on your mobile phones. I missed my morning run today because I woke up an hour late. For others it will mean being late to work by an hour. #bell #bellmobility #timechange
