@bell I didn’t come to Canada to be gaslit by telecom support reps. If I wanted that treatment I would have stayed in the US with @comcast. How do I reach a person who can do more than canned responses? Perhaps #ctrc

  • benmouna_mas Benmouna MAS (@benmouna_mas) reported

@Bell_Support hello, I made a preorder of the galaxy z fold 3 on August 18th last, I received a confirmation of my order the same day with a delivery of 2 to 5 days, unfortunately I have not received anything so far. is it a device supply issue

  • burkby Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Like why not send affected customers a push notification of a text? Why do I always have to call Bell and ask if there's a problem.

  • emmakinsman Emma Kinsman (@emmakinsman) reported

@Bell is now losing all 4 of us rather than retaining a loyal customer (paying more per month by the way!) over $50? I really don’t get that! Terrible way to keep customers.

  • FairyTzarina Fairy Tzarina of Cutness and Debautchery (@FairyTzarina) reported

@Bell Do you know how much energy and potential money I could be earning doing my work with out having to stress after yall bullying and hounding me for payment for good and services I don't receive? Like go **** yourselves.

  • iSimonSays Simon (@iSimonSays) reported

@Bell_Support Can you tell me why when I was getting help on the phone for my TV that when I got cut off the agent didn’t call back? Taking my number in case this happened was one of the first things he did.

  • swaril_08 Swaril Desai (@swaril_08) reported

@Bell_Support worst customer service ever. No respect for loyal customers and poor business model

  • RShamess rob shamess (@RShamess) reported

@Bell_Support @charlesbabcock3 I have the same phone and issue, I called the support line earlier this morning and have a ticket number but am wondering if there are any updates as support said it was an LTE issue

  • emmakinsman Emma Kinsman (@emmakinsman) reported

Make this make sense: I’m trying to switch from a family plan to my own plan with @Bell. They are making me pay a $50 transfer fee. From bell to bell? No carrier will make me pay this to get a new account. I’ve been a customer for 12+ years!
