    @Bell so when someone has been a customer for >50 years, and they stupidly die mid-2yr contract (mom, seriously bad planning) they still have to pay your cancellation penalties? Make it make sense please.

    I have had literally the worst experience with @Bell and they won’t do anything for my inconvenience. So if anyone is looking to go to Bell just save the headache and go literally anywhere else. Will never use them ever again.

    love that @Bell refuses to come help with a LIVE wire that is on a public sidewalk. sending a technician potentially 24 hours later is NOT helpful when people could be walking on it in the night, not seeing it there. and all the chat told me was to put a sign out front ??? HUH???

    @Bell_Aliant Hi - I had a really unfortunate discussion and the around with @Bell customer service today trying to resolve an issue with Bell Fibe android boxes. Really surprised by their lack of assistance and helpfulness

    @RogersHelps Beyond unacceptable service. This company clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. Spent 1 hour on the phone yesterday and 1 hour on the phone today and we’re still at square one! I’m a new customer trying to give them business! @Bell here i come!
