Bell has gotta be the worst satellite TV company out there. Really glad they don't care about their customers. @Bell @Bell_Support @Bell

  • vWyay Simple (@vWyay) reported

@Bell_Support lost internet and TV about 10 mins ago in the Montreal region, is it a general outage or just me?

  • SEpicArmando S Epic Armando (@SEpicArmando) reported

@Bell_Support I have no idea what such a thing would be. I never used such before.

  • CeleWR Celestin Alphones (@CeleWR) reported

@Bell I have been experiencing the worst customer service at your end. For the past three months, I've been in contact with y'all. Representatives just disconnect the line repeatedly or put on hold for 30-45 mins which is extremely frustrating. Hoping to get some help from here.

My ISP @Bell told me all my services could be moved which was a complete lie. They didn't move any service, no net, tv, or phone! Absolutely Ridiculous! I would have went with the fiber optic provider out here ahead of time if I knew bell was full of ****!

  • DavidRoddis David Roddis | Writer (@DavidRoddis) reported

@TorontoUltra @Bell Interesting. The big game changer for me was in 2012 when Bell charged me a super-ultra $1,500 in roaming charges when I visited the States for four days and thought I'd be stupid enough to pay. That changed my game to anything but #Bell!

@Bell_Support your technical team are a bunch of *** heads. You waters a full day of my time plus my full morning on my birthday of all days. Couldn't show one ounce of respect ?. I'm done with your terrible tech support and disrespectful agents. See ya.

@Bell @Bell_Support I’m trying to use your Move Valet to move my services to a new address. The first “move” appointment is Wednesday but I can set up a new service and have a technician there Sunday. Are existing customers not important?

I would seriously recommend that people steer away from the @Bell satellite system. It's truly frustrating. Whoever set this to be your system should be shot. 0% user friendly. This coming from a computer science degree. Awful.
