@Bell_Support So you can rudely hang up on me again after getting mad that I won't let ur rep talk over me trying to sell me another package while ignoring my problem like it doesn't exist? No, if I talk to Bell again today I want it to be someone who actually knows what they're talking about.

Ordered a new phone from @TELUS @TELUSsupport on November 21, Black Friday sale. Site said phone was in stock and would ship in 5-7 business days. Now expected mid-Feb. Telus store may have stock, but have to cancel order and pay current price. Will switch back to @Bell soon.

@Bell Its been 31 days since I order did my device upgrade and about 10 days saying that shipment delayed due to some reason and I requested a cancellation but they told me wait 3 days; after 7 days they still tell me they cannot cancel the device upgrade.

@Bell_Support Your representative hung up on me when I asked him to justify why your company is gouging us at $85+ tax every month for 5Mbps download. He also told me not to interrupt him. Worst customer service ever, oh my god.

@DPocroianu @shades_dirty @Bell I am so sorry this is happening to you. Hang in there my friend. Some of us out there do care.

@Bell I wanted to migrate over to your network back in September but due to non delivery of sim card from your end I put in a request to cancel the port request which never happened. @FreedomMobile says that they can still see a port request active from your end. 1/2
