@FreedomMobile it’s trade up time. I tried online, no humans. I tried calling, no answer. I tried going into a store, and got told iPhone 17 preorders start Monday. wtf is going on with you guys. I’m tempted to switch to @bell, they’ve been bugging me about it anyway.

@Bell IMPROVE your return process. Why do I have to fill out an online form with all my personal information just to return YOUR modem? Why are there three different identifiers for customer service—customer ID, account number, and Fibe Internet ID? Do you really not have any junior business analysts in such a large company?
