Hey @Bell, you’ve been charging me $59/month for an internet home phone I’ve never asked for because your Bell Business team did a sloppy job moving my services. Fix this.

told them I've been through a dozen times already. I state the exact problem, then they come back and reaffirm that that's the problem and it needs an L2 to address it. Rinse and repeat. @Bell_Support @VMCcare

I just switched to @Bell and realized that I don't get the airpods while the rest of the carriers do and the people who are choosing @Bell today are also eligible. So my question is "is it a bad idea to switch to @Bell?" just because i trusted them.

@Bell @Xplornet The Government is saying that internet is a basic need & is essential...but companies like you are slowing down service! At least during the 1st lockdown in Ontario, our internet worked; this time around, we literally lose connection every 10 minutes.

@Bell I still have nightmares about urgently needing to call someone for help on a rotary phone but repeatedly making a mistake dialling and then having to start over again...

@jennyjcowley definitely no lack of news story about how internet service interruptions are impacting people expected to work from home during a pandemic. We've now been without internet for 3 days, nobody has data left, no resolution expected for min. 24h. @Bell_Support @VMCcare

@Bell_Support I've been overcharged $1300 on my Dec bill. Talked to 4 different techs over December all said it was an internal prob + said they'd fix it, but haven't. Who can I talk to that can actually help before this happens again next month (!) and you loose a loyal customer

@Bell Isn’t that why the emergency number went from 9-9-9 to 9-1-1?
