    @Bell_Support I am in Cathcart ON N0E1B0. Overhead phone lines are sagging over my property and I cannot get in with my truck and trailer. We have a special technician coming today. Expect the issue to be addressed before they leave

    Time to annoy @bell about IPv6. Bell support: "That is only available for business accounts. Bell business sales: "How many IPs do you need?" I don't know why I got my hopes up, I really should have known better. Escalation sent.

    @Bell_Support My 92 year old father’s home phone line down. Unplugged and replugged phones. Called service and they said they can’t check line because “tolls down.” He needs phone line to buzz in healthcare and home care workers.

    @PtashkaT @Bell_Support They have and if you call them they will tell you. They said a 3rd party cut a fiber line that fed directly into a cell tower. I have bell internet and a Telus phone and can't get service on my phone in some places. Same thing for my friend who has Rodgers
