@_AirTuna_ @Bell Exactly, I made that same comment. Bell support reached out and still the same answer. Nada! What’s the point? Like I said to them, work on reach then speed. Honestly who needs 3Gbps? While others have 10 or 50Mbps in their neighbourhood.

@Bell I am so disappointed and frustrated ever since I got with your service. I got a Note 20 Ultra back in feb 2021 and the plan was so expensive. I was told that I can always switch but atm, that was the plan I could get with the phone. I am almost broke now because of you guys

@Bell I’ve been waiting for two weeks for a phone call from a manager…I’ve called multiple times and all your employees do is put a “note” on my file… your customer service is a joke. This is how you treat a 10+ year customer?! Wow.

@CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST no resolution of my problem with bell. They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

Somehow it's worse when you use a service provider but you not only get autodial sales calls, they offer you a better deal than you are paying now and no they won't let you have the deal. @Bell_Support I'm looking at you.

@Bell I can't even change my plan. I getting in debt and not able to cope up with payments. I can't wait to pay off the phone and switch to @TELUS or @Rogers. At least they have equally better service and affordable plans.

@CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST Hello, yes I have contacted them multiple times. And they say it has been a ongoing issue in my area. They gave me a 40 $ rebate on this months bill as well. However, I don’t have my phone working. It is really difficult to survive in these times where you need data and phone
