    @Bell_Support Still no help from @Bell. Not exactly shocking. Your company badly needs to be reorganized. Clearly we will not be investing in Bell stocks. My husband is an analyst. He won't be recommending BCE to his clients either.

    @Bell_Support Bell agent ID is 3009586. Only one of several who clearly did not help us. Order was placed October 8, 2020. Almost 2 months without internet now.

    @Bell_Support Until you get your act together I will publicly shame you. Possibly many times a day. 3 hours on the phone because you refuse to pay workers to help your customers. Then you do not train them. We still have no internet hub after over a month.

    @Bell_Support My husband is Geoffrey Laxton. Look up the damned account yourself and stop being lazy. Even giving your staff a phone number they REFUSED to look up our account that way on the phone. REFUSED. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. And train them to stop lying. That's how you can 'help' people.

    @Bell is trying to hide customer service in DMs and phone calls so they don't get publicly shamed for their ineptitude. Do not let them. Also, if you want phone results ask for loyalty & retentions. Tell them you will cancel your account if they do not comply with you request.

    @MatthewFahey15 Landlords can be terrible. My landlord struggle is a whole book in itself & I had to put it aside to deal with my lawsuit & @Bell HR cutting my emotional support benefits during pandemic. Its terrible to experience callous behavior in a global crises like this omg

    @Bell_Support We're really angry with @Bell and will be talking about this far and wide for the rest of our lives. Bell is a joke for any kind of service. 3 hours on the phone and no mobile hub over a month later. Wow.
