@Bell your team at @Bell_Support gave me a response that’s not very helpful. You know why you lost a customer that will be heading to Rogers In the next few days. Disappointed that I have to leave because I hate changing companies as I want stability!

@SilentNoMoreFnd I was assaulted @Bell by my boss on a daily basis and all other managers & director can see this behavior but watched him like it was entertainment. Colleagues asked why do I let him treat me this way but noone did anything

Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch
