    Was able to use debit card so that’s unaffected so far but this is unacceptable! If it happens again, I’m canceling my service and switching to @TELUS or @Bell

    @Bell Bell mobility service for rural users is atrocious. Bell seems to be committed to providing consistently poor coverage of 0 - 1 bars to rural areas resulting in frequent call drops and loss of audio. Ongoing problem for more than a year and zero efforts to fix

    @bell just can't be left out of the crap #canadian telecom story... TV, internet and cell service all dead in #Hillsdale #ontario for the last 6 hours with no updates and no ETA. As the Canadian government does nothing but stand idly by. Pathetic.

    @Bell any ETA on when the Newfoundland outage will be resolved? Also. Taking out all the house services and then also loosing the wireless really will make me rethink putting all my eggs in one bell basket.

    @RogersHelps Also just for the record getting the exact same services with @Bell for almost 100 dollars cheaper a month so its all good never would have even looked if not for your terrible customer service so thanks for that
