11+ weeks of issues trying to sort out new phones (that *we* bought & paid for in full) & amalgamating accounts, and @Bell_Support has now sent a bill for over $2700?!? Are you kidding me?!? This is sheer incompetence. "Exec case manager" won't return your calls, now what?

@Bell_Support I’ve had Bell Fibe service for over 7 years now. A bell tech is currently in my unit installing fibre optic cable. What have I been paying for up until now? What is the difference?

@S44NSKII @t3kfr34k @Bell I have cheap 50 mbps DSL and its the same for me. I think its throttled by the server you are downloading from. When your in YouTube play the highest possible resolution and go to stats for Nerds. You can see how fast data is being pulled. Bell is fast but they still suck!

@Bell_Support So 2 full weeks without internet and tv. Five service calls. Escalated 4 times. It takes 2 weeks to fix some wires? Been told 24-48 hrs 4 times. Also told 2 weeks is normal to restore service.Ridiculous! @RogersHelps how quickly can you install internet and cable?
