@Bell_Support just wondering, we call you to fix a problem with our land line and not only does it not get fixed, we are left with no phone,no internet for the last 6 DAYS. Hours of talking to people. If I hear one more "sorry" I will scream, not great service if you ask. #fixit

The data on my phone (different provider) in the woods or on the opposite side of the country is better than the service in my house next to my router. @Bell your response of “then switch providers” or having your managers call and belittle us is 🤯. #ruraldevelopment

@Bell I’m 10 minutes from downtown Kitchener and your service is Purely Nonexistent Fibre. For nearly the same price as Rogers Ignite 1Gbps service on my street you offer “up to 25Mbps”. So I think I’ll pass

On Hold music ?? Really? @Bell Isn't this the 21st Century? How about your Tech Support calls ME back instead of putting me on hold, instead of droning the worst of computer generated noise at me....
