  • Gam3rAtom Gam3rAtom (Gam3rDadom) (@Gam3rAtom) reported

Lost internet at home... Seems like @Bell is down.... Guess that's a sign to go sleep. Good night y'all!

  • troymore Troy More (@troymore) reported

Why is it that when @bell screws up it's the customer who has to do the work to fix it? Do they offer any compensation for the hassle and extra work? Of course not.

  • TallGeeseMS Sam Williams (@TallGeeseMS) reported

@Druski27 @PPistone @Bell To be fair the seagull was hit at 190 mph and turned into liquid. He never had a chance to be suspended.

  • rwanchoo Rohit Wanchoo (@rwanchoo) reported

@Bell_Support being told by your support exec that Wi-Fi pods are meant to connect to router via wifi only and not over Ethernet. Either your support executive is naive or not properly educated on Wi-Fi pod devices. FYI, one of my wifi pod is connected to router over Ethernet

  • MikeMacHitchman Michael G. Hitchman (@MikeMacHitchman) reported

@Bell @fordnation yep, these might zip right across with a well addressed connection. I'll give it one push and you guys can decide if you want to send those teams out if it doesn't work.

  • Do_Good_Stuff Tracie (@Do_Good_Stuff) reported

@Bell_Support dealing with your agents who are completely rude. How do I log a complaint and get support?

  • Druski27 Curly0007 (@Druski27) reported

@PPistone @Bell That’s the part that I’m saying is just racing sometimes you are just collateral damage.

  • mtthwlx Matthew (@mtthwlx) reported

@Bell_Support mobile data not working on my Pixel 6 Pro on your network. Phone support was not able to assist.

  • itsallaboutjen Jennie (@itsallaboutjen) reported

I despise the need to upsell a longtime customer to a service that is non existent.. all of my neighbours are on @Bell_Support and didn't lose service they decided to pick the wrong person today Satan.
