Anu Bhalla (@anu_bhalla07) reported@Bell_Support @Bell You absolutely embarrass your corporate brand every time someone reaches out for customer technical support. Incompetence and never customer centric. Embarrassing
-
Brent Laing (@blaing99) reportedI’m not a screenwriter, but I gotta think you could make a killer comedy out of the @Bell customer service experience. The live calls and behind the scenes possibilities are endless. And the jokes basically write themselves. It’s just such a wild experience start to finish🤯
-
liam dixon (@chunker27) reported@Bell what kind of a joke service is your technical support, 6 months with a temporary wire hanging in front of our house with new wire waiting to get installed!!!!! Can’t call anyone because just keep getting passed on to another “operator “
-
iamouttahere 🇨🇦🍁☘️ (@iamouttahere) reportedRogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!
-
The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

John (@johnowolabi_) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell which did you switch to? help a brother..
-
Dave3 (@david3rd) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Well - you could ask Bell why they spent billions of dollars on Fiber, latest cellular technology just so they could give it away for free … idiot
-
Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell Would love to but home phone has been down for almost a week. @Bell @Bell_Support keeps lying, saying it will be fixed and it never is…. It’s supposed to be fixed by 10pm tonight - guessing another lie because I asked a tech in the area and he said next week at the earliest.
-
•DREA• (@andreabokchoy) reported@Bell_Support is there a wifi outage?
-
dearappauthors (@dearappauthors) reported@bell will you refund everyone for tonight's outage? And did you send a notification to people that you were going to take the network down for the evening?
