    My 87 yr old mother hasn’t had @Bell_Support internet for 7 days and counting! She relies on it. When I call, I’m told it will be fixed that night by 10p. I’ve been told that for 7 days. Today, a new low: when I asked for a supervisor the rep hung up. **** you @Bell

    Tried to explain the story and why I went directly to CCTS. I was shut down with a "I'm going to stop you right there, you should have called into Bell". Excuse you? I'm not calling Bell, waiting 30 mins, only to get the same reply we've gotten in the past 20 years. @Bell

    For the past 20 years, we've been with Bell, not too far out of the city. We've called and complained about the slow service for multiple years, gave up eventually because the answer was the same every time. @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

    @Bell Your customer service/sales is the worst. New customer seeking pricing. Stated that at the beginning of the call. Got prices then PRESSURED to sign up. When I said no just prices today I was hung up on. You will not get my business or money! Preview of things to come!

    @Bell Want saving on I phone 13 yet deal KooDoo and like the service ! How can I get savings on new IPhone as have I phone 7 and still works great but time for new I phone?

    @Bell No, I am frustrated by bell offering speed packages in my area that I will never achieve. Why? Because the 1.5 GB speed will NEVER be seen because the Hub 3000 is Capped at 1GB, it's the Hub 4000 that will do it and has WiFi 6 as well, but they only offer it in Ontario & Quebec
