@Bell you have unprofessional techs. Apparently they can't read simple instructions. Tech couldn't gain access to the premises. Yet I never received a call or nobody buzzed our door. 48 hours with no internet. Both my wife and I work from home. So your excuse is lame

@Primus4Home Bought the internet, didn't work for few days, was on call for 4 hours with tech rep. They put the modem on ADSL for few days until I receive new modem. New modem didn't work too. I Cancelled the service after less than a week usage. Got a bill for $59. Got @Bell now
