@littlemissperky @Rogers @Bell God Bless Rogers - My Work day started at 9PM to down Internet. Still sitting here twiddling my thumbs and the only response I get is - Yeah your neighborhood is currently down with ETA on when services will be restored. Seems like its time to make the Switch to Bell.

1) Attention Friends….RANT: Anyone looking to switch to Bell Fibe in my area, prepare yourself…you’ll be dealing with absolute incompetence and terrible customer service. We were told that Fibe was now available in our area @Bell

Gonna miss the customer service from @TekSavvyNetwork as they are undoubtedly the best in Canada.. unfortunately via @Rogers our service is completely unacceptable and we've decided to move to @Bell fibre which they can't offer. Frig.

Biggest culture shock returning to Canada after many years in the US: mobile plans are an absolute rip-off. Doesn’t helped that I went with @Bell, who has by far the worst customer service of ANY company I’ve had to deal with.

I was assaulted @Bell & management did nothing just looked the other way. The abuse never stopped it just changed forms from Bells own Disability Mangement @Bell to lawyers while I been in & out of hospitals. Bell has been fighting me while sick for 12 yrs now #MeToo @Bell

@Bell technician supposed to be here today Nov 20 between 12 to 5pm. Now appointment says the 22nd ???? What is happening? Customer service just want to make me believe the 20th never happened even if I have an email and text msg confirming same. Not happy at all!
