Guess what? @RogersHelps gave us a whopping $4.00 refund! 25+ years of customer loyalty and thats they best they've got to try to convince us not to switch to @Bell?

@Bell_Support I had no issues all day with my Bell Fibe , and had my Old school LAN line for making calls. Since my cell is with Rogers, I had No text and intermittent calls getting dropped ,Noticed weird stuff since last Friday with Rogers phone but today still cannot text 8:40 pm Montréal

The 17 hours without service yesterday from @RogersHelps is unacceptable and may be the tipping point for this long time customer to jump ship... @Bell @TELUS how can you entice me to jump to a more reliable network?
