Jo (@Just_JoBayes) reported92 y/o M-I-L moved into new LTC on Thursday @Bell phone to be activated Friday, a technician shows up at LTC, but refuses to take a rapid test (per LTC policy), doesn’t notify anyone, puts the install on “hold” & leaves. I find out, call @Bell customer service apologizes … 1/2

Thorntondesign (@Thorntondesign) reported@Bell installed Bell Fibe last weekend. Quick to install and locked into contract. 24 hours after install, no TV nor internet. Told new router to be delivered 1-3 days. Too many calls to count, bo router. Installed a week tomorrow. Hung up on twice while trying cancel service. 👍
