    @Bell_Support You are paid to say sorry. But 7 years later and 5 escalations to upper management saying "too bad, nothing for you" blatantly shows bell doesn't care, bell is not sorry, and bell will just waste my time and do nothing, like the last 7 years. Still on a copper line.

    @Bell_Support We have internet issues since may 13th like come on fix your damn service. Seems like well say goodbye to bell forever and go with someone else.
