@JesseJesseaben @CTVNews @Bell Agreed. I was thinking more of their YouTube presence, but yes, they have been awful since the "Grand Consolidation" of media in the late 1990s/early 2000s.

  • dbeilis *** {artificially simple sarcasm} (@dbeilis) reported

@Rogers In my conversations with @Bell sales folks and @Rogers support, I asked why the prices have to go up, and I got 2 responses in most cases: 1. Ongoing infrastructure maintenance costs 2. Inflation What is the actual reason and the logic behind the calculations?

  • crittocat Cathy N (@crittocat) reported

@Bell seriously? Yet again my internet goes down, tech asks if I changed my plan??? No! Reprograms and now fax isn't working? Techs put me on hold and just hangs up x 2 at this point!

  • palevell2 Patrick Allan🇨🇦⚡️🇺🇸 (@palevell2) reported

Am I the only one who thinks that @CTVNews sucks since @Bell took over?

  • gwmercer Glen Mercer (@gwmercer) reported

@Bell Thanks @Bell! Do you have an idea when someone will respond to my DM, so that we can "work together" on addressing the Bell RCS issue?

  • ToddAll62909041 Todd (@ToddAll62909041) reported

@Bell let’s talk about your best in Canada service and how on a Saturday night your fibe tv is OUT. $345 a month and I have no tv , second night in a row. Wtf am I paying for. Then I’m guessing your going to tell me again for the 3rd time it’s your box sir 😡

  • Lisa_said_it Lisa (@Lisa_said_it) reported

@its_tee_zee @Bell I’m now on day 6 no internet. A complete failure of a company as is their “customer service” team.

  • gwmercer Glen Mercer (@gwmercer) reported

@Bell ! Any updates...more people are chiming in on the ticket, saying that Bell Reps had blamed @Google for the issue...but it appears to only happen with Bell 🤔

  • wilkjef It's Jeff 🇨🇦 (@wilkjef) reported

@3furrowsjd @Bell Mine is decent here at Lucknow and at the farm but anywhere in between is hit and miss. Can drop a call 5-6x between Lucknow and Amberley. Can't even text hardly in the Teeswater area, same does for Ashfield. It's poor overall considering the tech available and what we pay.

  • ScottKHayman SKH 👽 (@ScottKHayman) reported

@Bell I read that AOL shut down their dial-up internet service. I didn’t realize that @Bell bought it!
