If what I’m hearing about @Bell fibre internet is true (currently installing in my neighbourhood) that I can get 1.5GB/940Mbps for $50 per month, then @Cogeco is in trouble or will need to up their service and value A LOT. I’m paying more than that for only 120Mbps downloads.

  • Cyclops11 Cyclops 🇨🇦 🇮🇪 🇪🇺 🌻 (@Cyclops11) reported

@Bell_Support My big issue is that when it happens, I'm not told the service is down. Instead, I'm told my password/credentials are no good and need to be changed. When the service is down, just tell us the service is down. Don't try to make us change our passwords.
