No internet and no telephone dial tone. This is my 20+ call to your CS line since JANUARY for this problem and we can’t get a technician until tomorrow and I’m willing to bet my next EI cheque he won’t be able to find anything either. @Bell @Bell_Support

@Bell Filing a complaint for my @Bell_Support situation with the CCTS today and spoke to the CBC about potential fraud. Hopefully I can get a resolution to my situation at some point. So far bell customer service has been a dead end.

@CBCToronto @Bell @Bell_Support are horrible and their customer service reps are extremely untrained. Years ago, my partner had to move to Manitoba. We are in Ontario. She was told she could move and switch her service. However, that was a lie and then she had to pay the cancellation fee
