Mohsen khoshakhlagh (@Mohsenkhoshakh2) reported@Bell Canceled my internet with bell after 1 year. Called loyalty, after 50 min waiting , not helpful at all. Expected more care and at least a softer language and a bit of sympathy. It seemed to me I was rushed to cancel my order. That is how simply you loose your customers.

They charged me for internet bandwidth which I was never receiving due to their network limitations for 1 yr. I got most of it back via credit but you have to complain. If all fails, email their CEO Mirko Bibic

The @Bell_Support tech told her that it could be done but they needed to redo the order and that someone from @Bell_Support will call to confirm.
