@Bell_Support investigates the error that they made when I canceled my account - promised a cal back in 24-48 hours on Monday. It’s Sunday and no call back. Same situation with @Bell that has been going on since 2018 with them. We’re now 5 years deep. 2 separate issues no call.

@Rogers @CRTCeng Why won't you let me cancel my services... Called Dec 2nd and multiple times afterwards. Returned my equipments. Using @Bell services since Dec 2nd I am still receiving bills and emails from you. Such a hassle to cancel. #OMG

@joerosie1 @Bell I don’t think so. Different countries different SIM cards . Usually wi go can be found in restaurants or cruise terminals. Shop for Internet package onboard the ship according to your needs. Don’t USE Canadian card with cellular at sea. No data outside Canada unless emergency.

@Bell_Support my internet is insanely slow despite having the 1gigabit plan, speed tests show <1mbit download speeds. ive tried restarting the hh3000 but speeds are still abysmal please help

@Bell sells offers travel plans but doesn’t feel the need to provide the actual service. 7 days travelling, no cell service, no response from tech support.

@Bell Would love to, but you can't get your heads out of your asses and bring Fibre Op a couple dozen more feet down the road. So my only option is your bloody "highspeed" option, at 1.5mbps for 89.99 a month. Or ultra high speed at 99.99 a month and 7mbps. ****
