So, our business is moving locations. I called @Bell over a month ago to let them know and have our service moved over. The service call was scheduled for today but nobody showed up. Spent the last two hours on the phone will them, they say there’s a problem with work order.

our home phone isn't working, we call @Bell to fix it and they hang up on us. we call back, set up an appointment for today, find out it never confirmed, even though we confirmed it twice. call support, they tell me it was confirmed for today. get a call it's now tomorrow. wtf?

@ICdrew @Bell_MTS I cancelled my @bell services the day they took you guys off the radio. Small potatoes but it felt good to take a stand for the good people they treated like garbage.

@Bell_Support @jvlibrary We called bell at 3:30pm and the message said there is outage until at least 7:30pm. Sounds like a fibre cut to me.
