case. And if you break it you have to pay. Also if you do send your phone out to get fixed THEY WIPE IT. As the bell employee told me when he couldnt transfer my data " Im not technical im a salesman." Terrible experience @Bell

@bell_support Why does your sales/support team promise to call, and then fail to do so? You've left an older man recovering from major surgery frustrated and without internet. They even cancelled his tech visit... because of their miscommunication.

@Bell I used to have Bell home phone, mobile and internet. I cancelled all because the customer support is horrible. The support people put you on hold multiple time for 10 mins or more and are unable to resolve almost every issue after spending an hour on the call.

@Bell VERY disappointed with customer service, or lack thereof. Placed an online order a week ago and has been sat in warehouse since early Monday morning, now Thursday afternoon and still no movement! Not delivered in 3-5 days as stated online!! When called no help!
