Follow your Bliss (@Frisky_Risky) reported@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

Sean Lloyd (@SeanLloyd93) reported@Videotron just moved and our internet works in one room.... Something needs to be done to fix wifi before we switch back to @Bell

Ryan Gerritsen🇨🇦🇳🇱 (@ryangerritsen) reported@RimmerDax @Bell @Rogers Wow. Thats crazy. These companies know that we have very little chance of going anywhere else so they treat us like crap.

THE SHADOW KNOWS (@brianvi03340131) reported@Bell_Support This has been going on since the first five minutes of the world series championship game! Watched it on my iPad oh joy ! How come French customers get Canadian support and English try to understand foreigners?

Ryan Gerritsen🇨🇦🇳🇱 (@ryangerritsen) reportedJust noticed I got yet another increase on my @Bell internet bill. It’s endless. Having almost zero competition in this Country is contributing to Canadians affordability crisis. It gets tiring constantly playing the switch to Roger’s for a better price as a new customer then back to Bell as a new customer and on and on.
-
David Cortesi (Toronto Wise Guy) (@YYZ_GY) reported@Bell Can you or anyone tell me why after canceling all your services I'm still getting a monthly bill? And even more frustrating, I can't find a person to discuss this with. A scheduled call back means absolutely nothing. How do I escalate this to a human to solve my problem?

Space & Defense Sector (@SpaceSector001) reported from Purpleville, Ontario@Coffee4Life365 @Rogers @Bell Yeah. Telus are stupid that way. I use to work for Telus in BC. AST is the total solution even in airplanes. But dtarlink was lol he good for laptops and stuff in the air.

TheHonestPolitician (@TheHonest_PM) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Cancelled them recently. Roger’s came to the door and threw down some offers. I moved the internet plus 4 cell phones. I save 100 a month. Bell kept raising my cell phones. I called them about it multiple times. See you later @bell
