@Bell_Support checking in. Any Fibe outage in the Aylmer portion of Gatineau Qc ? #gatineau

@safeandsilent @Bell_Support I have the same issue here. "Unable to load recordings" across all apps, include Apple TV, Android TV, PC. There was a firmware update to the Home Hub prior to this, so maybe it broke something? I, too, have followed all the troubleshooting steps: power-cycle modem/PVR. FIX pls.

@Bell_Support so thankful @koodo not only has better and cheaper phone plans, but also customer support reps who have social skills and know how to make their customers happy 🥰

@Bell_Support you have the worst CS for your claims. Horrible service & incompetent staff, you should be ashamed for calling yourself #1 network or largest network. You are far away from being big you can't get the simple things correct @CRTCeng @CRTCHearings

@Bell_Support How is it possible that after 3, long calls, no one offered us the option of upgrading our service and modem, and for less money?!?! We were never even offered the option to upgrade and pay more, which we would have done too. Makes no sense...

  • safeandsilent Dr. Kathryn Woodcock 💉🏁 (@safeandsilent) reported

@Bell_Support Have followed all the steps on the support website. Restarted all the phones. Reopened all the apps. "Unable to load recordings."

@Bell_Support is your Fibe down by any chance? It says it's been 6hrs it cannot connect to hub. I rebooted so many times and nothing is working. #InternetShutdown

@Bell_Support @JoeGalway I'm also having the same issue as I said earlier today. A couple other posters have also said they're having "unable to load recordings" issues. Wonder if there is something widespread going on.
