@CEOofstocks @Bell Damn I been using bell for 4y and haven’t had problem since then price expensive but it’s good wifi/internet

  • JeffWoodsRadio Jeff Woods (@JeffWoodsRadio) reported

@EricaEhm @Bell_Support I remember Bell internet suddenly not working at my Toronto home studio and they said they would send someone in ONE WEEK. And they had zero solutions otherwise. Was forced to take a week off the radio. Went to Rogers. 15 years and four locations later, no issues.

@KnucklesNilan30 Just another fantastic reason to get IPTV and pirate all of @Bell overpriced crap

  • RC51_Dean Dean Oliveira (@RC51_Dean) reported

@KnucklesNilan30 This is a bunch of bullshit! These companies that do this are disgusting to fire someone for this. This **** is getting out of hand. @BellMediaPR and Bell Canada should be ashamed of themselves! Anyone with any paid services to @Bell should consider canceling their services

  • NyimaTibet Canadian (@NyimaTibet) reported

@Bell_Support Just spoke with one of your customer service agent who was rude and very unprofessional. When I disagreed with her explanation on my recent invoice concern & asked her to have it escalated or connect with a manager, she hung up on me. Worst experience ever. 😡

  • PDEEllix Peter Ellix (@PDEEllix) reported

@Bell_Support my internet seems to be completely down M6E postcode. Is there a wider service issue?

  • magda_zabinska Miss Magda (@magda_zabinska) reported

@Bell Just a shoutout to you guys. Since the beginning of the pandemic, working from home, I’ve never had an outage or even a small problem with my internet connectivity.

  • PearlJamPat PJ (@PearlJamPat) reported

@Bell You need to make your unlimited plans truly unlimited or at least don’t throttle so much! The service becomes almost unusable once the throttling kicks in. Can you at least make the throttling speeds faster? @bell

  • jacobdowney Jacob Downey (@jacobdowney) reported

@Bell I’ve ordered the same phone 3 times and you’ve “lost” the order 3 times and subsequently raised the price of the same order 3 times… what kind of business practice is that? I also have an email record but support/sales unwilling to work with me!
