@Bell_Support I've already found a solution. It's called dropping your bad service after a year of issues with bad billing, poor speeds, and customer service agents married to their scripts.

@Bell_Support @Bell its a business account we have got new phones, still didnt fix problem. Called numerous times to complain, just got the run around. We are in Norwich Ontario. Service around the entire area is bad. Loose calls all the time, text take forever to come in... etc.

@angns @Bell I've read so many reviews and basically any but the good nestle weren't great. I went with that system and haven't had any problems but it's definitely not cheap
