Seems my Fibe TV receiver is down but the internet works. Although the modem has the red light so something is wrong for sure. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support Literally Bell installed their stuff incorrectly and no one had come to fix it. No matter how many time we called they say someone is coming but no one shows up. Two days this has happened, so I literally don’t know what to do anymore. Every time we called is just the same thing.

@Bell_Support is Bell Fibe Internet and/or TV down again? Seeing the red light on my modem and rebooting/unplugging doesn't solve it. Why does this keep happening? I assume you'll be refunding me again?

@Bell_Support Yesterday when I called I got a message that there were issues with email in my area. Heavy call volumes met long wait times etc. etc. Any idea when email will be restored in north Halton?
