    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up

    @Bell Your loyalty team is brutal You dont care about customers or excellent customer service They hung up on me after giving me the insulting offer and no call back Funny you dont want to help me out now after 6 hours on the phone, and when I leave you will call daily for a month
