@Bell Paying for 5G and I can’t even enjoy a proper internet on my phone , it gets so bad in Brampton area and Caledon. The only time I enjoy Inter is when I’m connected to wifi.

@Bell so disappointed. First bill with bell and it’s so messed up and no one is able to call me. My options are cancel or a price I know I didn’t agree to.

  • HadesBeaver The Beaver (@HadesBeaver) reported

@csjm263023432 @gingras_steeven Ask @Bell how that worked for them, when they actually outsourced most of their call centre work overseas. They lost billions in customer retention…

  • bmckinnonatcupe Bill McKinnon (@bmckinnonatcupe) reported

So for those seeking rural wifi service on PEI. Be aware that mine has recently started dropping service randomly requiring manual reboots. When contacted @Bell_Support discovered the tower we are on is over capacity - they say “full” - & they don’t know when it can be fixed? 1/2

  • BetsFrancis Betty Francis (@BetsFrancis) reported

@mamarunsfor3 @Bell And those are facts - ALL of them suck because there isn’t enough competition and they are never made accountable for their lousy service :(

  • andrewjdisher A. Dish (@andrewjdisher) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

  • Kikbrunel Christian Brunel (@Kikbrunel) reported

Been on hold twice now with @PCFinancial for over an hour. "Expecting higher than normal calls". Maybe hire more staff! Went into a @Bell store the other day to cancel my cable. Their response, "You have to call for that". **Whenever possible support small local businesses**
