@bell service moving department is not doing service on booked date and don’t want to help if I want to set up by own. I want to cancel my account & you need cancellation fees? This is #scam #fraud you are doing. Why do I pay cancellation fees, if you are not giving me service?

Are you guys serious about moving service requested? @Bell_Support #fraud is happening in name of customer service. Your agents do not help at all and cut the phone. #scammer service with @Bell #never recommended

@bell it's been 8 days now that I've been waiting for someone on your "level 2 tech" team to fix my mobile data problem. You sure were quick to send your invoice like clockwork, never mind that been since Jun 21 that my mobile data speeds are running at a top speed of 60 KB/sec!
