@Bell_Support I understand that, however, it’s still in pretty poor taste to have representatives out at this time regardless if they are wearing masks or not. Is this really an essential business practice right now?

@Bell_Support Given the fact that the address on the business card is from Toronto as well as the phone number I can only assume this person is traveling from a lock down zone to a green zone. Completely irresponsible and unnecessary risk to the community. Rethink your policies.

Hurray for @Bell_Support telling me I have to wait another 2 goddammit weeks for phones I ordered 3 week ago... just going to cancel those orders and go elsewhere because this is dumb.

Time to "reboot" the @BellAliant #hub3000 "again". Paying for the "best" bundle, getting constant buffering and zero support(multiple cases over the months). The speeds I'm paying for I shouldn't be having issues trying to watch #DisneyPlus show with the kids. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support @BeaugiBear This is what happens when your support community manager and your marketing community manager don't talk.

hey @bell i'm still waiting for someone to justify charging my family $85+ tax every month for a capped 5Mbps download speed? would you pay that much for so little? what a way to treat a family who has been loyal to you for 47 years 💀

@Bell_Support In Ottawa, Ch 1202 on Fibe TV should be CTV Ottawa. Currently, you’re broadcasting CTV Barrie instead! I don’t watch much TV anymore, but I want my local news! Please fix that.

@Bell Why are your service prices for internet competing with the likes of @elonmusk service (which is available everywhere). The way you raise prices it will be 200/month for internet by next year.

@Bell @Bell_Support absolutely garbage. I wasted 3 hours out of my working day to get this plan sorted out. Wasted more time for in store pick AND wasted your in store rep’s time. good job with training your people.
