    @Bell was a firmware upgrade they told me I had to call in for which is unreal. Great support though. Hiwever, now, again trying to watch the game in 4k and keeps cutting out with an error code 101 im not calling to give through trouble shooting and miss it. #fail

    @RogersHelps the amount of poor reps taking calls and lying with promos. Telling me the bill will be high and will balance the next month. It’s worth to payout the penalty and go to @Bell since they just came to my door!$85 internet & TV

    @Bell_Support When are we going to get an update re: outage in Beckwith Township area? Stolen copper... first it was Friday 10pm and now Monday. Your outage tool says there's no outage. 310-BELL says there is. Unknown what Bell tool is actually accurate. Help!

    @Bell_Support Funny, I spoke with your customer service department yesterday and they insisted there was no outage and that your website was showing the incorrect information.

    @Bell_Support And now I'm being told by the customer service agent that I was "misled" by the former 2 agents about the bundle credit. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider 🤞🏻

    How does one download a show when there are several recordings now @Bell? You can only play or delete the series. It is still the worst app, now just made more cumbersome.
