    @Bell_Support As low as my expectations were going into it, it still baffled me at how bad it was at assisting. It would not register my requests, suggests completely different solutions as to what was needed or tried to get me to upgrade my plan.

    I woke up at 6 a.m. after a family roadtrip to try to resolve this with your 6 a.m. call line. Your chat support is even worse. @Bell_Support When we really need you you throw bots at us.

    @tegan4618 @status_is_down No dial tone , three hours with Bell trying to get service. Other ppl in area without a dial tone , they say it’s inside the house , never their equipment 🙄 @Bell

    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell
