    Love how @Bell sends e bills to people without an account. Yet you can't make an account without being a bell customer. 👍 real thought put into that one.

    @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell I tried to talk yesterday, when I asked if bell was going to offer their customer a WiFi 6 router up grade? I guess they didn't feel like talking??? They don't forget to contact me though if I'm late with a bill payment???

    @Bell_Support Ok, finally got it sorted out. Seems that little 5G network hiding in the modem was the answer. Connected the bike to that little baby and bingo, we have speed.

    @Bell @Bell thanks for the terrible wireless 50 internet. I'm getting 3.1mb now, they contacted me and said they overloaded the tower. I should be refunded the last few months since you can't provide what you say

    @Bell_Support @carelyn25 Please don't pretend it's individual accounts and make her go through a bunch of resetting on her end for no reason. Just admit you're having issues - which is pretty clear by the amount of sympatico/bell mail users tweeting about it. And yes... I'm one of them.
