    @Bell I’m not the greatest with anything technical but your employees should be patient with those of us who aren’t. Very disappointed with the lady at the counter in Markville Mall this morning. Horrible attitude.

    @Bell Transfering 2 mobiles from Rogers to Bell and your sales department sets a low that I didn't think was possible. Won't do anything till I please please please receive our second SIM card (been on the phone for an hour and it's my third try), but how can I file a complaint?

    @Bell_Support 66 Peel Drive in Coboconk has no telephone service. I do not have account information because this is my elderly neighbour, who doesn't use Twitter. Calling his number gives a "1B1, the client you are trying to call is unavailable" error. He can't call out.
