@Bell worst customer service ever. Called bellmts for a billing issue and the rep after over twenty mins couldn’t solve anything, then after asking 8 times for a supervisor he put me on hold and hung up. Regretting my new contract

@CraveCanada according to @Bell I should cancel my crave + HBO subscription and sign-up through bell, and they will give me a 50% discount for the first 4 months... But why can't crave offer this to existing customers... 😳🤔

@WoodDonna87 @Bell I had a supervisor call me and basically tell me that I was wrong and they were right. Where I live there are only 2 choices for service and I'm not a fan of Rogers products.

@Bell I'm unsure of why we've had poor or non-existent service three times in September. I know you refuse to put a tower in Airdrie but the un-reliability of your "service" is pushing us to look elsewhere.
