Have a very sneaking suspicion that @Bell is throttling Home Hub 3000 speeds. I have an old internet plan (300mb) and a speed diagnostic with a technician over the phone showed network to modem speed of 330mb but modem to device speed was reading 45mb. Defective modem… 1/?

Hey @Bell_Support , what's the ETA to a fix on the fibe internet outage around Montreal (or why it's down)? Talked to support on the phone and they don't know, and its been 7 hours :/ super frustrating.

@Bell I bet you are getting pretty good a apologizing at this point. I pay $315 per mth for 2 cell phones and high speed internet that is just marginally better than dial up. Response was Hey I see your tv service isn’t with us.

@Bell is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will NEVER leave Rogers. Don’t even know why I bothered trying to do business with Bell. They need to learn what it means to treat customers with respect. More concerned about losing $117 than customer satisfaction. Disgusting.

@Bell This ad tells me your service may not actually do exactly as it's advertised. If that makes sense.

@Jennjo22 @Bell_Support I’m not too sure what the issues you’re experiencing are, but you might be able to escalate this to the CRTC/CCTS. I had to take Rogers through a major issue with the CRTC after one of their employees stole my number and did an illegal port (long, tiring story).

My 2022 wish list for @Bell - Light up fibre on Preston St, Ottawa (I know it’s already there) - IPv6 support (with a /60 or /56, don’t mess around with a /64) - let me use my own SFP+ router like we used to be able to with HomeHub 3000, at least on business plans
