    Hilarious .. I call @Bell to tell them about a cell local outage ..end up talking to someone in the Phillipines who has not the slightest idea of where I'm trying to describe..then ...tells me her system is down ..can't help me with a report..and then asks me if they can help me

    @Bell you guys have proven once again you’re the absolute worst. Canceled my home phone line and you went ahead and canceled my TV AND internet as well. Numerous calls and no resolution yet. Look forward to your canned response...

    @Bell_Support promised me a call back within 48 hours. It is now hour 64. It is also hour 259 since my initial request. I have had unstable and mostly unusable service since May 24, 2022. @Bell #fail

    I asked @Bell_Support why it's been nearly 10 days for a callback on my terrible internet issue, they responded saying that they can't be held responsible for what @Bell says or does. #Nice #communocationFailure #worstInternetProvider

    @northwestel @bell why does cell service/data completely disappear when there’s a power outage in Yellowknife? It never used to be like this.

    @Bell_Support I have sent you as DM. Your Loyalty team is horrible and bills us for no reason. We stopped our service since April and are still getting billed. Someone needs to call me asap one bill number -278736255

    @Bell_Support agent playbook: yell at your customers and tell them that it's ok, we will fix this sometime...we don't know when. Tell me I'm lucky to even be speaking to them. Customer service score would be -10 if I could. I'm literally flabbergasted.

    @Bell @Bell_Support what is wrong with you! On June 6 I put in a request to cancel mother temporary phone suspension; June 10 still not reactivated so I spent almost an hour on the phone and it was activated; June 11 arrive home to find nope, the phones aren't working 1/5
