@Bell_Support @Rchii_joon We all don't need to send you a 'special' DM. It's a common sense that you guys charge a lot of $$$ and when it comes to service, its horrible. I have called Bell today and asked the rep to get me refund of my whole month. He said he will send my request to upper management. 😡

  • KhushaliK Khushali Kapoor (@KhushaliK) reported

@Bell_Support what is going on. I’m not 33 hours without any service and every time i call no one has any answers. Is this how you treat your customers. Highly disposable. Would not recommend bell to anyone ever

@Bell_Support If you’re not able to fix things up let us know don’t waste our time. I need full credit on my bill and if things are not fixed asap you will lose a lot of customers.Things can happen but you seem to ignore this issue by just a single tweet :(
