@Bell_Support The senior tech who arrived here yesterday called me on my cell and I told him about all the issues we've had here since the last 9 months. He said that the squirrels eat through the cover of the cylinder box that contains the cables. When they make a hole, moisture gets in.

Was literally told by @BellMobility @Bell that it’s cheaper for me to switch to a competitor rather than change my plan 3 months early in order to save me over $100 a month. Customer service at its best once again

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell We are with BELL and they're awful.... beneath pond scum actually.... we pay $400 a month for cable, landline, internet and one cellphone. Our internet is beyond slow, we have the basic landline, our cable is basic (reruns galore!) If I step 2" out my door my phone flips to data!
