@brittlestar @Bell_Support My understanding is that the land lines now go to a central computer. So they won’t work when systems go down just like VOIP doesn’t.

@konc_betty @brittlestar @Bell_Support The problem in Canada is lack of choice. I like Bell and not had much issue. Cell phones are on the Bell system, Virgin, and we are able to use them in Europe quite easily. The main issue is bundling. You can't get a television service without also having to take their internet.

Would love to get @Bell_Support and @SamsungCanada on the phone at the same time so they can figure out together if it’s Bell or my Smart Tv that’s causing connectivity issues daily! Actually, throw @CraveHelp in there too! I’m truly livid.

@Bell_Support I created this Twitter account to communicate with Bell since their phone agents are very difficult to deal with. Unfortunately Bell is even worst on Twitter, dont bother.
