@Bell_Support my household has experienced a DSL* outage each of the past 5 days, starting between 10:30 and 11:00am and lasting for 2 to 4 hours. Modem fails to pull sync during the time period, and then recovers. What gives?

Update: Customers who lost service absolutely have to call billing to get their bills reduced, regardless of what tech support tells you on the phone. @bell doesn’t even seem aware that my neighbours and I lost service for 7 days (we lost power for 4 only). They don’t track or /1

@Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant Hell, you need to discount everyone all the time, given what people in the rest of the world pay for better service.

@Bell #WTF are you teaching your salespeople? We've been getting 3 calls/day. Finally answered to ask for the calls to stop. The salesman said, "I can call as often as I like. What are your reasons for not wanting our service?" He was belligerent & bullying. Not a good look Bell
