    @Bell_Support Unbelievably incompetent level of support. Was on the phone for over 40 minutes, transfered 6 times because half of the staff I talked to could not understand a simple request, even though I repeated it multiple times. Outsourcing your support is damaging. Hopeless.

    @Bell_Support I’m having continued problems with my TV service today it keeps blocking and freezing. Ive try to get through to your support and the log in function isn’t working. Please look into that and fix it as it is incredibly frustrating when trying to get any help via chat

    @Bell I came to bell from rogers expecting better customer service ……… naw too much to ask. How do y’all expect everyone to start using esim if your support team can’t even set them up . I am without a phone number and cellular data. I am only a week in and I am not impressed

    @Bell whats going on you have suspender my account twice with no reason. Stop using offshore customer service we have a lot of people in Canada that can do a better job.

    @Bell_Support no communication with customers about Fibe TV outage? I’d say you can do better than this @Bell but at this point I realize you won’t even if you could.

    @Bell not happy at all with my mobility service. I am in a shared data plan although I was never told this and actually got the 3 different lines at different times. Apparently nothing can be done. Please tell me what other provider offers better service and transparency!
