@Bell @Bell_Support what is going on with your service in Scarborough (M1C)? My elderly parents were left without home phone service for ~2 weeks in April and now have been without Wi-Fi for the last ~2 weeks. This is unacceptable.

@Bell_Support Still having issues. One TV is working (living room) but the TV in the bedroom is not. I’ve tried everything. On/Off. Unplug/Plug. Reset. And nothing is working on that one.

  • CassMReese Cassandra (@CassMReese) reported

@Bell_Support It's broken again. No PVR. It just decided to stop working. Wth? Get it together and get it fixed.

@Bell_Support why are you not communicating the outage issues on TV to your clients? We are in the dark here. Please advise.

@Bell_Support @Lovingpink Dear Bell how dare you try & charge customers $2 to speak with a technician when you knew full well your whole system crashed!? It takes some crooked stones 2 shut down your phone lines in the middle of an outage & charge customers for answers! Literally the worst! 🤬

@Bell_Support - I need #ThisIsUsFinalChapter to be re-aired - think I missed a good one with the issues last night!
