Just spent a super frustrating 2.5 hours on the phone with @bell mobility after 8 years of being a customer trying to get them to honor what one of their agents told me about my phone plan. Went nowhere. What a waste. #bellmobility

@C_Weynerowski @Bell That’s really such a shame that they treat customers like this! Worst part of my day was that I got transferred to a supervisor who didn’t help me AT ALL with my concern and just decided to transfer my call somewhere else without even informing me.

@Bell we have 0 internet options at our house. We were forced to buy a Turbo Hub for our kids to do virtual learning. Day 5 with the turbo hub and we got locked out for data overages. This is going to cost $500+/month, easily. Any help/discounts for a 12+yr customer? @LFPress
