    Tl;dr I walked into @Bell walk-in store at Sherway Gardens mall to try and cancel my services for both Television and Internet services. However! I was told by the store staff that I can only contact @Bell through phone numbers to arrange my cancellation services.

    @Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.

    @Bell_Support We have had terrible service in Muskoka for the past year. Sometimes I cannot even send a text it times out. It is not uncommon for a call to drop 2-3 times …..so frustrating and we pay high rates! Terrible reception

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
