@Bell_Support Trying to get an issue resolved with new order since nov 22. Looks like I am getting connected with customer harassment center and not customer support centre. Someone just hung up on me. I have been trying since 10am today.
@Bell_Support your escalation agent called “Red” has extremely poor. If persons like her is what you have as agent I can guarantee you will have more customers leaving bell.
@Bell_Support who do I get in touch with a Bell Case Management Team? As the customer support via phone is extremely backwards.
