Hey @Bell, when both your Internet & phone service goes out at 7:30 pm, telling me it is expected to be fixed by 10pm Friday is not acceptable. This is especially true when your daughter has a college midterm course presentation in the morning! Need to do better, faster!

So when you close a customer's mobility account because he DIES, you credit the rest of the month ($26.67) but charge a $215.83 termination PENALTY (+HST)??? Is dying not penalty enough? Not cool @Bell , not cool.

@cogecohelps I might think of ditching you and going with either @Bell or @Rogers, idc if they are slower in the country but I know bell doesn’t do this damn maintenance every ******* night, Rogers I don’t think they do it either that often

@DPocroianu @Bell ⭐🐺 Not much but a glimmer of #Light. The thing about those that hold us down with a boot, they love to contradict themselves when the victim "succumbs". NDA's and 'isms' are a major part of creating doubt towards victims, gaslighting also! Often unfounded, this doubt destroys!

Me: Hello, @Bell Canada, why did you bill me for a phone service I suspended? Bell: It renews after 6 months Me: I want to suspend service B: You need to pay us first Me: I can't cross the border to use that phone B: Yeah, still pay us. Then pay us more to suspend it again.

@Catvanzyl @Bell_Support Is it your WiFi connection...or the internet itself... If it's wifi issue get your own router and connect it to their modem. Cable company wifi sucks in general

@Bell you should be absolutely ashamed of your customer loyalty department. Given attitude and being accused of making things up is not the way to secure a customer. Can’t wait to switch to another provider ASAP.
