After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, Iโm now being told itโs only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely donโt understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isnโt resolved. Iโm betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If itโs not down as approx 6ft itโs incorrect.

There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!
