@Bell I will contact Bell directly even though I do not expect the issue to be resolved after hours on the phone. As usual. Golden Horseshoe drivers beware. Drive within 2 hours of the US border, expect roaming charges. #BellSucks

@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasnโ€™t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, Iโ€™m now being told itโ€™s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely donโ€™t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isnโ€™t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail

No internet from @Bell because my installation never happened, since Jun 11. Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom

@Bell Please check the ticket and see what height the tech put the line in as off the ground. Iโ€™m betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If itโ€™s not down as approx 6ft itโ€™s incorrect.

Rogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!
