@Bell_Support why is service out in south whitby???

  • SteveUlrichCSM Steve Ulrich (he/him) (@SteveUlrichCSM) reported

@Bell_Support Unsure why you can’t publicly acknowledge that you’re advertising and charging for 5G service and not actually providing it in the area in question. But dm sent (again)

  • Haberman74 Aaron H (@Haberman74) reported

@Bell_Support southend Barrie here, line cut since 10:30 this morning, no internet, tv or home phone, but no expected service restoration until end of day Saturday, or Sunday?? Tell your crews to get to work. If a line was cut, replace it... Why are the trucks not on site??

  • stringer_mack Mack Stringer (@stringer_mack) reported

@Bell hurry the hell up. 18+ hours without internet??? Are you fkn kidding me? Fix the God damn problem

  • cblackman777 Charmaine Blackman (@cblackman777) reported

@Bell_Support Waiting on updates still!! Many of us work from home and this is getting ridiculous! The “outage update” page still says this was going to be fixed last night and hasn’t even been updated since 11am yesterday. Unacceptable…

I would like to thank @bell for the three day’s worth of extra 50 GB of mobile data they provide every time @hydroquebec has a power failure. At least one huge company is doing a little something to help their customers.

  • VikingGrrrl Katie 🏴‍☠️ (@VikingGrrrl) reported

@Sean_K_McLean @Bell @MIHomeYGK Yep, tree trimmers do it all the time. If the line is cut it's an outage and requires immediate repair.

  • timelapse001 timelapse (@timelapse001) reported

@Bell_Support I contacted Bell and they said we’ll have no internet until Monday morning! Isn’t that excessive for the service we pay? That’s 3 days with no internet & no tv and I’m guessing that we will be charged the same amount on our next bill?!

@MuffinManz17 @TorontoUltra @Bell Same. I bought the bowl pass just in case, but am so infuriated by this process that I might just cancel my hotel/flight reservations and watch on TV. This is purely amateurish and not expected from a well run org. I literally was signed up for email alerts for this purpose. And
