@jodyvance @Bell_Support As a former employee of Bell it’s not easy from the customer service side to assist with this type of issue. We can trace what acct the charge was applied to but can’t do much due to privacy concerns on that acct. We just advice the caller….

@rmg562 @Bell_Support Nope. It was a charge on my card. I get text alerts on every purchase. Never clicked it. (Not my first rodeo)

@jodyvance @Bell_Support After leaving Bell they have been emailing me a monthly bill for -$350 for nearly a decade. It's legitimately from Bell, but their telephone support has no clue and I know they don't owe me $350, nor do I owe them. Good times.

IMO @Telus @Bell and @Rogers should all be much better carriers for having exclusivity in this market since its inception. Wtf is going on?

@Bell seriously amazing how completely terrible your service was today after 1 hour and 26 minutes on the phone a simple request got me 5 people, hung up on twice and ultimately cannot help set up pre-authorized payments. Astounding.

@lindagrande3 @Bell This is what I experienced today. Sorry not sorry but unless I buy a new phone you cannot have the $50 plan. Instead pay $75 cos you’ve been a customer for over 40 years!! There is no loyalty to your long time customers. When I said I was going to cancel, it was thanks, see ya.
