    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

    does @Bell_Support think we dont notice when they dont have enough bandwidth to broadcast all MLB NBA and NHL games in their out of market packages when all 3 sports active? and they spew rhetoric about blackout rules that dont apply

    @Bell_Support Oh well. The third agent told me that he could offer me a new credit. I'm going to call back during the day to speak to someone. This is poor customer service. Hope the AI layoffs don't hit Bell agents. When you can't find competent people, AI will make decisions for you

    @Bell was a firmware upgrade they told me I had to call in for which is unreal. Great support though. Hiwever, now, again trying to watch the game in 4k and keeps cutting out with an error code 101 im not calling to give through trouble shooting and miss it. #fail
