@Bell_Support My 90 yr old mother hsas had no telephone service for 2 days because of this Fibe internet service has been down. No signal. NOT ACCEPTABLE TO GO EVEN A FEW HOURS WITHOUT A PHONE. SHE CANT CALL OUT/RECEIVE CALLS. WHAT IS BELL DOING ABOUT IT. The area is Adelaide & Park Rd Oshawa

Spending another afternoon arguing with your service department. @Bell we’ve both escalated our complaints as you said and absolutely nothing is being fixed. We’ve decided small claims court is the way to go. Can’t wait to have a lawyer contact you. Good thing we keep records

It has been a challenging to deal with @Bell and @Bell_Support for the past year to try and get them to fix problems they’ve been responsible for but yet have no authority nor ways to solve. I’ve accumulated so many surcharges and mistakes to my account.
