@Bell_Support @charlesbabcock3 I have the same phone and issue, I called the support line earlier this morning and have a ticket number but am wondering if there are any updates as support said it was an LTE issue

  • burkby Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Like why not send affected customers a push notification of a text? Why do I always have to call Bell and ask if there's a problem.

  • rolake_a Rolake (@rolake_a) reported

@Dieumide @Bell This sucks! Sounds like highway robbery

  • Shannon00142381 Shannon (@Shannon00142381) reported

@Bell_Support It’s Oshawa, is there a problem here? I don’t know the account details it’s in my wife’s name and she’s still at work

  • church_kandis Kandis Church (@church_kandis) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support Well to start, the customer service reps clearly need better training, they all give you a different answer. Nobody knows what they’re talking about!

  • logitvx2 Logitvx2 (@logitvx2) reported

@TSNTennis you’re the reason I’m going to cancel #BellCanada services because you can’t handle sporting events. Why not let Tennis Channel come to a Canada @Bell?

  • WantonHewing Hangry (@WantonHewing) reported

@Bell_Support The bell wires run @ the back of the backyards at M9C 4M4, behind 1 home, the wires are being pulled/weighed down by invasive vines & with the storm the past 2 days, I'm afraid these lines will come down one day & we will all be out of Bell services.

  • MikeWin65463593 Mike Winter (@MikeWin65463593) reported

@Bell my wife and i seem to be having troubles with our phones. We can not make or receive calls . Is there an outage or service being done?

  • burkby Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

@Bell just had one of the best customer service peeps for almost 2 hours. Miigwech.
