@lewis73 @Bell_Support When receiver was installed here on May 6, I was told by installer that it is brand new. Still no service. The error message looks like it isn’t even trying to restore service.

@Bell_Support What about customers who don't have access to Fibe or internet. Been pushing Bell or Rogers to expand to where my g-parents live and yet nothing. Even your wireless devices get 0 signal and they don't even live that far from town!

@Bell_Support @superjeff63 Do you have any clue as to when satellite service will be restored? My name is James Mathieson and live at 12057B Lakeshore Drive, Morrisburg ON K0C 1X0. The huge storm did not affect us. We never lost power. As of today, May29, no satellite.
