OK universe you're in charge (@ABhummingbird) reported@Bell Why is my 83yr old mom paying $81/month for 20GB on a paid-off iPhone 13 with no bundle/extras? Loyal customer for years. Why are long-time customers, esp seniors, left on outdated plans while newer customers get better pricing? You’re abusing loyalty. @cbcgopublic

BitcoinBiker (@crypto_xarlie) reportedHorrible experience with @Bell . Sign a deal on march 7 for a phone, plan and watch for a set price, have the contract and order details in my email. Phone and watch took more than 1 month to be delivered. Now, when I went to the store to pick up, the total bill that was supposed to be around $65 was showing around $120. The @Bell representative tried, but could not get the price that they sold me the products in the first place, saying it was a system error and that everything should go back to normal after finalizing the deal, but everything still the same and my billing still wrong. @Bell how you gonna solve this? I will only pay what I agreed to pay in the first place.
