@Bell_Support Hi Bell your tech had said if we face any issues he will switch the location of the WiFi modem. As new customers we trusted this and now he's saying he can't come in till next month. Our basement is getting no network and we just need to location shifted. Not done

Just to get the order of events straight here, I tweeted about a bad experience, @bell_support reached out asking how they could fix it, and then spent an hour not listening to my complaint and forwarded me to specialist who called to tell me they wouldn't do anything.

@ThoughtSlime @Bell_Support I'm gonna offer you to fly me out to Canada, I'll fix your modem, and fly back to NZ. I have zero experience, zero qualifications, zero clue what I'm doing, and I'll probably get it done cheaper, faster, and more professionally than they have.

@Bell_Support I was hit by a tornado July 15. My house has destroyed bell continues to charge me a full bill for services I have suspended. Every month they say it is canceled every month money comes out of my account. Worst customer service eve

@ThoughtSlime @Bell I think they must do it on purpose so we all just end up switching back and forth between Rogers and Bell in perpetuity. Canada is the worst when it comes to this ****.
