@Bell_Support I live in south Ajax Ontario (Audley Rd South) my cell reception has always been horrible. I have to use wifi calling all the time. Last Saturday's storm cause a power failure. Therefore no wifi. I was unable to get updates on my cell because of no signal .

@Signals613 @Bell_Support Well the Bell cs guy I talked to today said that there was "damage to multiple servers, with lots of nodes to replace." Yeah ok. As for why the internet service died out so long after the storm passed, he had no answer.

On hold with @Bell to help my parents in Stittsville - phone line on their lawn, no service. Once I got through & set an appt for tomorrow, I thanked the staffer for helping everyone. They were taken aback to receive a thx. Pls thank customer support people - it’s easy!

@Bell_Support Well it would appear Bell has no idea what they are doing, so far today they have given us 5 different reasons for why our internet is not working. We aren’t even speaking to people in Canada, they are all overseas. Bell sucks.

@Bell_Support Ok, that’s storm damage.. But what about the massive outages/malfunctions with your hardware that has been ongoing since the beginning of the month leaving Bell customers and other carriers customers without reliable internet access?

@Bell_Support Been out of power since Friday like many but Bell services kept working, now today TV doing same as last Monday & Bell not answering DM...why is it down now?
