    @Bell_Support Bell Fibe TV has stopped working. I rebooted by system but now I am just stuck on the Bell Fibe screen with the Link light blinking. My Internet and Phone seem to be unaffected. When I call bell support an automated message saying they are to busy and then hang up

    @Bell_Support @Steve618 Great reply I am having the same problem in Ottawa. Are you asking every person affected by this outage to DM you. Can't chat can't call Bell Canada on the phone, can't get an answer on here and you want us to DM you.

    @Bell_Support @Steve618 DM's won't help - it seems there's a big outage in Toronto - I've rebooted 2x and in the proper sequence: Modem > PVRreceiver power .. and nothing. Your phone numbers aren't taking calls and virtual repair + chat is unavailable in website .. so, how will you help ?

    So when you call Bell no message saying there are outages just says they can’t help you right now because of higher than normal volume and it hangs up. Nice customer service @Bell

    @Bell_Support The repair tool is frozen. Bell isn’t answering calls on their help line at present and no agents available to chat. What am I paying for?

    @MalaMoragain @Bell_Support Same here... I don't know what is the issue I try to call them but they can't take my call too many people calling... Something is strange here
