@Bell @bell_support is there not a loyalty dept rep I can speak with? @PurolatorHelp has already reached out to me & is helping to locate the package. This is not my error, why have you not reached out to me?! Also who charges an extra $224 without inquiring w the customer?

@Bell when are you going to get with the times and enable universal RCS text messaging for Android? Telus and Rogers both have it. You only have it for Samsung phones so both users must have Samsung. It's basically useless to only support one type of phone. I know you can do it!

@Bell_Support 1 of your reps said the defective box was located & is just delayed. I’m not sure why a costumer would be charged for a defective box that I tried to have you guys repair & your reps sent me to get a new box...again this is horrible customer service esp. for a loyal customer!

Just incase anyone is wondering how @Bell @Bell_Support treats customers look no further after almost 18 years with them they are trying to charge me for a defective box that @PurolatorHelp lost. I just read a tweet about their horrible service yesterday how ironic!

@Bell One of your door to door people just knocked on my door while wearing his make bellow his nose. It's bad enough you make your employees go door to door in a pandemic. You could at least make sure they wear their PPE correctly.
