@Rogers why is it I can't get a complete 24hrs of stable internet with your service? Both you and @Bell might both be uncaring corporate garbage but at least their service worked all the time.

I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

@Bell I would like to get a discount as a costumer each month for having a slow data connection/hotspot/online gaming even when I have my both 5G on it’s still slow. Because of a small rain I lose connection/bars or when there’s clouds or mild wind. Do I deserve discount?

@Bell your tv app won’t cast to the television, an error comes up every time. Tested on two tvs and ever other app casts fine. You have an issue with your app. Anyone else having this issue? Can’t really use Alt TV properly without being able to cast. @Bell_Support

Dear @Bell_Support I was sold FibeTV on top of my home internet with a promise that I could cancel it anytime without affecting my internet price. Now the customer service tells me the internet price would go up if I cancel FIbeTV. Did you lie to me?

@Bell I will be forwarding you a bill to credit me for today's extremely slow internet service. I'm not paying for SLOW internet service. 1 Day credit should be sufficient for today's poor performance by Bell Fibe Internet.
