@Bell I WILL Disconnect MY Residential Phone Line unless YOU can figure out a way to BLOCK all these Telemarketers It's 2021 NOBODY Should be Cold Calling ANYMORE! YOU as a MAJOR Service Provider should be able to recognize and BLOCK these numbers from CALLING your Customers

@Bell_Support One of your team members just told me that it is normal to have no service at a business line for up to 24 hours after getting a new Bell Total Connect line installed. That is ... not right.

@Bell added $25/month in services to my account without authorization, blamed me for not noticing on my monthly bills that they were fleecing me, and offered a pittance in terms of credit. Over $380 they’ve lost me as a customer. That’s ballpark what I was paying them per month.

@Bell what tis wrong with your agents... From the past 1 month I am suffering because of your agents faults. My name has been written wrong I tried to correct them 3 times on call and still they have sent the wrong name on the service agreement. I am really frustrated...

@Bell times to your agents that my first name is Nitesh, the last name is Keswani still on the bills it is Nitesh Dilip...Dilip is the father's name.. and the excuse is you cant change the name on the service agreement. But that is not my fault I have already given all the docs
