    @CryptoInThe6ix @Bell_Support Bell booked a technician visit for me as well. However after more fidgeting with the modem, it then asked me to activate my internet service, which I have been using for years. I called Bell once again and tech support person resolved the problem. Tech visit cancelled.

    @Bell_Support I’ve been waiting for a new phone for eons and y’all stay giving me the runaround. Worst customer service experience - I’m ready to switch providers so please just go ahead and cancel my order. KMFT!!!!!!

    @Bell_Support my home Wi-Fi here in north Oshawa has been down since midnight last night. called Bell support and they told me it’s because of the storm but I’m just wondering if there’s any way to know when Wi-Fi service is going to be restored.

You can ask your CEO to be accountable, demand that "Executive Client Relations" not ignore clients multiple X, not wait 3wks to reply emails, not lie & not mock clients who say they will cancel and go to Social Media. How's that for a start?
