  • twittwister69 Jack (@twittwister69) reported

@Bell_Support been on hold for an hour. Need to talk to someone about an email I received that suggested someone has opened an account under my name. Customer service failure.

  • GlamazonToronto GlamazonTO - Heather (@GlamazonToronto) reported

@Bell_Support Got a strange email from Bell. It's not spam. Was on hold waiting for customer service for over an hour and finally hung up because nobody ever answered.

  • wiredbirdie Wired Bird (@wiredbirdie) reported

@Bell_Support - Bell just sent me an email saying I opened a new account today and I didn't. My Bell account is now missing my mobility account and any history of it, what is going on? I have been on hold for 45 mins and your chat support is offline!!

  • thinner1973 David White (@thinner1973) reported

@BellascotchJN @Bell Doing a twitter search and it seems there are a bunch of us in the same boat. Hopefully if @bell was hacked they can fix it quickly. It’s pretty unsettling considering we can’t talk to anyone.

  • Camomano Camo Man (@Camomano) reported

@Bell_Support I received an alarming email saying a new phone was added to my account, but I have no knowledge of this, and I can't get a hold of anyone by phone. Is there anything you can do to help?

  • IsntThisMe Xzq (@IsntThisMe) reported

@Bell_Support Why am I getting emails saying welcomed to Bell when I've been a customer for yrs and yrs?

  • Kimmi13389 Kryptonite Kimmi (@Kimmi13389) reported

@ChrisWalkerCBC @Bell @Bell_Support I’m on hold waiting to talk to someone because I got the same email twice. If it is a fishing attack why is bell not sending out a notice?? This is why I hate the big telecoms. No support for customers to prevent hacking and spam.

  • penswinlottery Nick (@penswinlottery) reported

@Bell_Support I've been on hold for 2 hours... That is some support! Good job!

  • twittwister69 Jack (@twittwister69) reported

@Bell_Support @Tripleb2k1 Would it have too much effort for you to put this information on your website? This would have saved a lot of people from spending hours on hold with customer service.

  • GlamazonToronto GlamazonTO - Heather (@GlamazonToronto) reported

@itsIBBO @Bell_Support @Bell_Support Same, just got a Bell email welcoming me as a new customer and it looks like it legitimately came from Bell. What's going on?
