What bugs me most about @Rogers meltdown is having no choice but to remain a customer. Not moving mobile to @Bell because I keep mobile/internet with separate carriers precisely for outage events. And @TELUS is useless on int’l service. So I have to put up with Rogers’s crap.🤬

@Bell After the Rogers fiasco, I’d love to change providers but all you offer is DSL. Sorry “Fibe to the neighborhood.” 100mbps service just doesn’t cut it these days.

No wonder I can’t set up @Bell services for at least a week - it’s all the disgruntled @Rogers customers flocking to greener pastures! Shame on you @Rogers, you can’t even get your customers’ calls answers in a timely manner let alone provide the service people are PAYING for 2/2

The Rogers outage fiasco from a tech enthusiast point of view. @Rogers I think it's high time you and @Telus and @Bell got together to arrange a back up in case one carriers systems goes down. Would be simple? Probably not.

Call from a @Bell_Support outsourced customer service agent today responding to a negative service survey from last week. I cannot blame this agent, they are just doing their job but, when you have been waiting since November for an issue to be resolved and offer nothing....
