After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, Iโm now being told itโs only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely donโt understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isnโt resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail
