    I don’t ever tweet to complain publicly. Ever. But when I do, it’s likely a giant #Telco . Holy hell @CraveCanada @Bell Trying to sign in on ANY device to watch #FriendsReunion .. Could it BE any more difficult!?

    Absolutely wild how notoriously awful @Bell ‘s customer service is. How many times in one week can someone spend an hour on the phone to get passed around and told they’d be called back? So far our count is 3. Spoiler: they never call back. -10/10 would NOT recommend

    @Bell_Support Internet service out in #innisfil #ontario for over 3hours. Kids schooling affect. Work from home affected. Agent says resolution will only be in and 2.5hours? Not great service.

    @Bell I can’t upgrade my Internet because #BellFibe doesn’t get into my house. Neighbours one street down from mine have Fibe up to 500mbps. The only way I can get that speed is by switching to @Rogers. I don’t want to switch, but may not have a choice with teens + WFH.
