You’d think a huge company like @Bell would have 24 hour support for activating a new mobile phone. Guess I chose the wrong company

@bell I didn’t come to Canada to be gaslit by telecom support reps. If I wanted that treatment I would have stayed in the US with @comcast. How do I reach a person who can do more than canned responses? Perhaps #ctrc

@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Like why not send affected customers a push notification of a text? Why do I always have to call Bell and ask if there's a problem.

So @RogersHelps you’ve disconnected your direct line for customer retention, and there’s a 59 minute wait via your standard number. @Bell_Support you got any hot deals you wanna dm me?

Make this make sense: I’m trying to switch from a family plan to my own plan with @Bell. They are making me pay a $50 transfer fee. From bell to bell? No carrier will make me pay this to get a new account. I’ve been a customer for 12+ years!

@Bell @theJagmeetSingh like this is the **** normal *** people have to deal with. This company is so large they tell me to DM them after I did so 3 months ago. Not including physical time spent in store trying to get an upgrade which I couldn't get because they sold my account.
