Hey @Bell what the hell is up with your customer service department today?!!! 7 different times speaking to people who don't know what the hell their doing, to get service turned back on when the bill was paid!! 22 minutes on hold and growing! 😡🤬

@Bell_Support how come I can not view my home phone service in mybell portal? It was installed on the 15th, and still nothing. I need caller ID back on this line as the unknown caller is annoying.

@davidhindsmith @Bell_Support @TekSavvyBuzz I’ve been thinking of switching over. I negotiate pricing with Bell on all our services - 2-3 months later, pricing starts to rise. Never had this issue with Cogeco. It’s time to do some shopping
