@Bell_Support @Bell I have Bell and have no problem but have Pure fibre which is optic cable. Is it the customers that are still on Fibre with the copper wiring?

  • grimbly_chris Christina (@grimbly_chris) reported

No internet or TV since December 22. Would you go crazy? Would your kids go crazy? No Christmas shows, no news, nothing. Worst part, I live in the city and we had NO STORM?!?!?. @Bell @Bell_Support

  • randysg RG (@randysg) reported

@Bell_Support my internet is down since 9:30 last night. (My area is not affected by the storm) The support tech won’t dispatch a technician and wants to ship me the modem and I have to install it myself. So I’ll be 4-5 days out of service? 🤔
