@can3together1 @ItsSamG @Bell Moved 15 years ago and was going to switch to Bell but found service was still dial-up, so cancelled the service before I moved in. Took 2 years to convince them I never had their service.

@Bell_Support Called Bell Canada. Worst customer service. Tried to upgrade my phone plan. Was promised a plan that never materialized and was deceitfully forced into another plan I did not even agree to. Is this proper customer service? Now, they have opened a ticket to review.

Am I the only one who's had multiple modem problems with @Bell_Support? Suspiciously, my replacement modem has also has a problem now, only a few days after replacement, and tech support proposes to have me upgrade to a more expensive plan as a fix.

The people who work for @Bell don't deserve the abuse that they get from people who are frustrated with their internet not working. But @Bell doesnt care about their workers either, cuz they didn't tell their workers that they're working for a scam company.

@CRTCeng Actually it’s not a frequency issue & @Bell has confirmed it’s locked. iPhone 13's are sold as unlocked for usage within Canada. For usage in certain international countries, locks are still in place as an anti-theft and fraud measure. Please contact our Prevention team at 1-800
