  • SeanMor27198990 Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

I try to keep my @Twitter annonynous at the workplace along with @Bell to avoid issues with the @saintjohnpolice and @RCMPNB and get fired from my job but also so I’d don’t have to worry about having my mother pay my phone bill every month which means I avoid conflicts altogether

  • Pascal1Rodier Pascal Rodier MStJ, MA 🇨🇦 (@Pascal1Rodier) reported from Rothesay, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support Baffled at how hard it was. Horrific service saved by one lady who finally saw the issue. Still looking elsewhere for services.

  • InstaTrent Trent Seely (@InstaTrent) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@mistaketheory @Bell @Google Yeah, I pay $102/month for shitty internet because Canadian telecoms like Bell collude on prices. It’s awful.

  • Pascal1Rodier Pascal Rodier MStJ, MA 🇨🇦 (@Pascal1Rodier) reported from Rothesay, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support No issues in NB but moved to NS and had lots of issues since with them: including “customer service”. Looking T other provider options. Even getting support today was hitting my head against the wall.

  • InstaTrent Trent Seely (@InstaTrent) reported from Quispamsis, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

The scary thing is that we were having bandwidth issues out of nowhere last night. @Bell

@Bell im trying to look up packages to make the switch after rogers bs yesterday.. but the page is giving an error message.. can you please help? :)

  • RachelMinority Rachel Minority (@RachelMinority) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I still don't have cable, Internet (Ignite) and landline services, and I'm paying almost $400/month! @Bell_Support help me switch to Bell!

  • steveslacker Steve Slack (@steveslacker) reported

Lesson learned from yesterday’s @Rogers outage: diversify. Our household is currently Rogers everything: TV, internet, home phone and cellular. Won’t be much longer. Will be moving some of those services to @bell or @TELUS.

  • melbecke melbecke (@melbecke) reported

@Bell_Support If only Bell could somehow help us get out of our contacts with Rogers I bet you’d see a massive increase in customers.

  • HashtagKyle Kyle (@HashtagKyle) reported

Hi @Rogers I’m a business account holder and yesterday’s outage was costly. @Bell hasn’t had this issue and the switch is awfully tempting. Do I need to call in to tell you I expect something for yesterday or are you just going to do the right thing and make a standard offer?

  • Fahrenheit_457 Mark Morrison (@Fahrenheit_457) reported

@RogersHelps Ignite is horrible, internet and tv still down. I'd love to switch to @Bell for tv/internet services but not possible as Rogers is the only service provider in our apt building that offers decent internet speed. @Bell please offer Fibe in my area.

  • jhlm2004 JHM 🇨🇦 (@jhlm2004) reported

@Bell_Support Do you have hardwired landlines? Like phone lines what won't go down in the event of power failure or internet disruptions?

  • Headanac Rob B. (@Headanac) reported

@RogersHelps So you want me to bundle ALL my services with you for what reason? To be without internet, TV, and mobile service for more than 24 hours. You service level belongs in a developing country, not Canada. Get me the ability to contact @Bell asap.

  • KFelifel Khalid Felifel (@KFelifel) reported

@RogersHelps I will be switching to @Bell for sure after 14 years being @Rogers customer !

  • robiwan4s Jer Robitaille. 🇨🇦🎸🎚️🎛️🎤🎶♋♈ (@robiwan4s) reported

@CheriDiNovo @Bell I think it's Huawei because our big comm companies likely lobbied to keep them out of Canada and they are still pissed. Taking down Rogers did the most damage as they have the monopoly on debit across the country.
