@dm661213 @APaddyInCanada @Bell_Support Thanks man. They quoted 9:30am last night but now 9:30-1:30, so it might go longer. Looks like construction crew did pretty severe damage to a main fibre cable line.

Absolute banter by @Bell_Support simply not proving any update whatsoever regarding the 24+ hr internet outage in downtown Toronto! Like a simple status update every so often would be nice. They just ask everyone to DM them and ‘reset router’ over & over to check. We’re working!

Like, outages happen @Bell_Support @Bell - that’s not the issue. It’s the absolute void in communication and basically making everyone beg for info that’s annoying. On top of the stress of trying to host imp global conf calls via personal hotspots and all that! Arghh
