@Bell_Support I'm in Mississauga and rebooted the modem/router twice and nothing?! ~"Echos saying maybe issue connecting to the modem, I also followed through with the instrucions - no change ~If issue with Echos, do they impact the modem/router working properly? Please Help!?!?

@Bell It is not activated, I was asked to call the customer service and when I called them I was told they are not aware of such service and I have to buy a monthly add on for overseas calls...I called customer service 3 times and received the same response each time...#MahsaAmini

@Bell So you made your go to person for this response a local who also is dealing with this catastrophic events instead of sending someone from Montreal or Toronto? Poor soul has to work and carry this burden while living it themselves.

@Bell_Support Hi, is your 4G LTE/5G data down in the Montreal area? I only get 3G on my phone. Mobile data is on and 5G is on as well. Restarted 3 times now.
