Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • IamMattMeli Matthew Meli (@IamMattMeli) reported

@Bell_Support has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No sense of urgent or passion with helping a customer when they work from home. Getting my internet fixed has been almost impossible.

  • vivekrautela01 Mr. Rautela (@vivekrautela01) reported

@Bell disappointing customer service and no value of your commitments to customer. Now your team is asking me to call another department to get the cable buried. Why do you have customer service department?

  • DBPittman Devin Pittman (@DBPittman) reported

@Bell_Support Any updates on the cellular outage north of Gros Morne, NL? Out since 7pm last evening.

  • StephJeann Steph (@StephJeann) reported

@Bell how many techs, device replacements, live chats etc are needed within a month before someone realizes, it’s an outside issue … love paying for a service we more than often don’t have. #bellissues #bellsupport #bellfibe

@Bell_Support Is there an outage in Toronto/Scarborough? We have no wireless service and your "Virtual Repair" is saying there is an internal error.

  • mpdmaggs Mpdmaggs (@mpdmaggs) reported

Tweeted too soon. Our new Fibe services (phone/internet/tv) are down for the 2nd time today (first time I went and found one of your technicians a few streets over who corrected the problem). @Bell you started this project over a yr ago. Do better.

  • Dee_Kay71 Deekay (@Dee_Kay71) reported

@bell I am an incredibly patient, 25+year customer. Finding out I have to wait two weeks for a tech visit to get my internet working again is well, a little unreasonable don’t you think? Please tell me you can help me sooner. 🥺

  • Robert_L_Lewis Bob Lewis (@Robert_L_Lewis) reported

Why the f is @Bell @BellFibe cutting my signal and testing my tv in the middle of a World Cup match. STOP IT.

  • TechnicalPyroSK Sean Booth (@TechnicalPyroSK) reported

  • StephJeann Steph (@StephJeann) reported

@Bell 3-5 service interruptions/ week lasting 12-24 hours, for 6 weeks now. Charging customers high rates for a spotty service, in todays climate? Bold move.
