@Bell_Support The original post was about not finding the option. I'm saying I found it, just that it doesn't work as intended. Given that my ticket was merged into a solved one, so no hope of being reviewed, should I just repost with a comment that this is a different issue?

@rhedder @Bell_Support Just got off phone wBell. Support is saying wide outage in East TORONTO 5pm estimated will be back online. Reboot router around 5 and wait 15min.

@Bell not for anything I get things happen but for what we pay for internet taking HOURS to fix an issue when some of us work from home full time- going into an office not an option- not acceptable. I am losing 5 hours of my work day-
