@Bell alarm switch over to API has been an unmitigated disaster. Our alarm hasn’t worked in over a week and we’ve been on hold multiple hours over multiple only to talent to NO ONE! Switching back over to @Rogers , who suck just as bad.

It’s been one week @Bell waiting for you to fix my 91-year-old father’s internet/tv and just getting the run around. Disgraceful. Now he can’t watch

@Raptors @Bell Love it. But the problem is you can't keep up this intensity for 82 games + travel + playoff slog. By April teams are injured and half asleep on the court. NBA season should be cut to 1/3 of what it is and have intense games with healthy stars.

@Bell The loyalty and escalation can only add promotional credits and do nothing. So no solution after 1 hrs and 20 mins and being passed around 4 times. You will lose a customer very soon.

@alandrummond2 @Bell Bell couldn’t/wouldn’t fix the buzzing on our landline so we dumped all of our Bell services.

@diva_in_denial @Rogers @Bell I'm no friend of Bell and vice versa. One day I will explain. I won't defend Rogers or any others beyond what I already have. Generally, I think our cell rates are not THAT bad given Canada's vast geography and low density population. (Except the cities of course)

@Bell being passed around 3 times for over 30 mins to look into adding a credit they forgot to add. Each person says I have limited access to options to help you. Unprofessional and ridiculous! Im still on hold.

@Bell it’s really disappointing that your agents lie and hang up on customers. By the way, how can your team leave a temp connection for three months?
