@Bell_Support your customer service is beyond poor. Over 1 hour and nothing g is resolved but you guys make sure to cut peoples services off the day after they miss their bill. You guys are horrible. I can’t even get to the cancellation department to cancel my services.

@Bell_Support I would love to be able to do the schoolwork I've been assigned for uni but have been the reach around by your support about appointments they reschedule for the better part of 2 weeks now. Do y'all just hire people with brain damage or does that come as a perk???

@Bell Hey Bell, how do you get off raising my services over 30% since January for someone that's been a client for over 30 yrs? Do you even know what customer loyalty is or is it just how much money you can make on your customers during a recession? #ottnews @Bell_News

@Bell_Support Is there a number to call in Halifax for repair service? Been routed through the Philippines since yesterday. Repair guy booked for today is a no show. Internet is crucial for School. Calling Manila again is pointless. A little local help would be nice.
