@tinycorvid @Bell_Support Still chatting with the agent through the my bell app. They don’t seem to be aware. They said they have a known outage in Central Quebec. They are creating an « incident escalation » they say our towers may be affected.

@Bell_Support I am a new Bell home internet customer. Have spent the last 3 hours over the phone with BELL agents. It seems most of the BELL agents are playing the 'call transfer game.' Can someone from Bell take the 'onus' and connect with me ASAP.

@Bell_Support @bell I am a new Bell home internet customer. Have spent the last 3 hours over the phone with BELL agents. It seems most of the BELL agents are just playing the 'call transfer game.' Can someone from Bell take the 'onus' and connect with me ASAP.

@screensushi @Bell_Support It seems to be across the country when you look at 3rd party outage maps. It's basically a big red blotch from the Niagara peninsula to Quebec City. Then again in Alberta and BC.

@Bell_Support Yep. And I've sent a description of the problem. Really looking forward to seeing this fixed. That would be a lot more fun than having to piece together all the recordings I have of the many phone calls; I really hate editing videos.

@Bell I don’t understand your cable network. It’s like you deliberately avoid showing what we need to watch.
