@Bell Hi, we have just had to cancel our TV service because we have moved to a location that has been wired by Rogers. So this message is just to say thank you. We have been a Bell customer for 55 years, since I was born.

  • seempaq Simon 🍪 (@seempaq) reported

@Bell raising prices because they are investing heavily to support Canadians needs. My brother in Christ where else in the world do people almost 200$/m for home internet sub 1gb??????

  • mynameisray mynameisray (@mynameisray) reported

@Rogers One day late on a payment and you've gor your idiot collection department emailing me non stop. At this point I'm ready to pay the fee and cancel service with you and head over to @Bell who has faster speeds for cheaper prices, and don't do this collections garbage.

@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk Really disappointing that I cannot see @CraveCanada on my TV. 1 1/2 hours + 3 people later, “Gelo” kept telling me to “just find it…” or “just go to Goo gl e Pl aySt… on the TV”. I kept asking him what he was talking about(!). Oh well. Will likely cancel.

  • ryttrtr Saga (@ryttrtr) reported

@Bell Your sale of bell home security to a.p.i alarm inc. has been a disaster. No one can get through to api's customer or technical support. Can't even get in touch with them to cancel the service.

  • osselotmusiq Osselot (@osselotmusiq) reported

Very annoying that my @TELUS internet sucks so much but Canadian telecom is basically organized crime and so I can’t really expect any better from @Rogers or @Bell

  • fmtriv 🇨🇦fmtriv (aka Francesco)🇮🇹 (@fmtriv) reported

@Bell please fix the constant outage of internet service in Grimsby!

  • reignthe6 Rainman (@reignthe6) reported

Regret signing with @Bell. #fibe sucks. #wifi drops often. #fibetv no good. Should have stayed with @Rogers

  • samvlessing Sam Vlessing (@samvlessing) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support Tried moving my line from iPhone 15 to 17 (eSIM) and lost all network. 4 reps told me it’d be fixed “within the hour” over 24 hrs. Now I’m told 7–10 business days without a functioning phone. Completely unacceptable for a primary line. Do better.
