Peter T (@Petert13251912) reportedDear @Bell, You sent me an offer, for the past three days I’ve been trying to transfer two mobile lines to your service. Unfortunately, your support people has been unable to complete the task. The service quality and language skills have been very disappointing. It hurts you.

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell I’m pretty sure you already know this is an issue - apparently it’s a pretty big issue that doesn’t seem to a sense of urgency attached to it. So make a couple inquiries into the damaged bell cable impacting home phone service in West Burlington/Aldershot - with Hamilton numbers

Possible Canadian (@possiblecanadia) reportedSo because of @Bell I'm gonna have to pay for another month of a bank account I'm supposed to close + overdraft fees because I don't have $105 in my bank account right now, since, y'know, I just got LAID OFF. The guy I talked to on the phone was an ******* too.

Jordy Gold (@JordyGold) reported@Bell I'm in disbelief. I wrote earlier about severe problems with service & staff. Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!
-
Jamiu Alao (@jwhizzo_) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Get No Name sim card at Real Canadian super store, NoFrills or any Loblaws store. It is like $5. Activate the sim card by migrating your existing number to it. You can call the customer to help you to do that. Downloaded PcMobile app. Choose the data plan you want.

Yasser (@yassal83) reported@Bell worst customer service ever….trying to outsource your customer service to a cheap COE won’t save you money but will rather cost you business

𝓐𝓵𝓵𝓲𝓼𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓲𝓬𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓮 𝓓 🇨🇦 (@Miss_Allison_D) reportedI’m so over @Bell @Bell_Support lately the wifi has been automatically switching to data in my bedroom! Your wifi sucks! Even when it switches to data it’s slower than cruise ship satellite wifi!

The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.
