David Regimbal (@cloudreggie) reported@Bell_Support Hi there. I've been on the phone with level 1 and 2 TS all over again dealing with the same issue, going through the exact same process as I did this morning....current phone call length is 50 minutes. Not impressed. Issue is a red flashing WAN light on my brand new modem.

MaraMarie (@Marakins) reported@Bell_Support I’ve been waiting on my new phone to ship since November 11th, that original said 3-5 days. While I was notified that you’re waiting on Apple, but I would like to cancel my upgrade, is this possible?
-
senkins (@senkins) reported@Wiiggles_ @Bell time to find another supplier IMO - even one with a much slower speed will be far better, if they can provide any sort of stability
-
Krystal Wilson (@krystal1895) reported@Humanitaires @Bell_Support I agree their “solution” to my problem is that they cannot do anything “the offer has expired.” Also, that I would need to call them again. If I wanted to do that why would I bother over here! It’s unreal!
-
humanitaires (@Humanitaires) reported@dcdentremont @Bell @BellAliant They told me to cancel if unhappy. Then they called me 3 times and sent me 2 promo letters. But still don't want to credit the amount I was paying that they kept charging when the phones were paid and contract renewed.

Jenna (@clouthj) reportedCase and point why I cancelled my home internet services & cable with @Bell. Customer service lacks huge. Bring your cancelled service equipment back to any store OR ship them. Go into a store and was told “not sure why they told you that”. Rudely too. Good luck to anyone w/ them

David Regimbal (@cloudreggie) reported@Bell After 2 hrs on the phone with little help, going out of my way to pick up a new modem to exchange, only to have the exact same thing happen to me, is incredibly frustrating. I will be calling TS, again. If this isn't resolved by tomorrow, I will be canceling my services.

Connie (@sweetparakeett) reported@Bell has the absolute worst service and staff who lack knowledge in their process. Over six hours with tech support and staff who have zero idea what they are doing! Definitely leaving Bell services! #bellcanadasucks
-
Edwin Sugiono (@SEddyEdwin) reported@Bell_Support hi I the highest plan I believe you can get for data but the speed has been slow lately. For the price I'm paying it should be consistent.
-
Wiggles (@Wiiggles_) reported@senkins @Bell I mean you ain't wrong, you think after 20 + years of my family being with bell, they'd give us a little more respect or you know service. The gov has put into affected ISP's must provide 5-10mbps, LEGALLY & $$$ put into infrastructures, WELL where and when do I see the changes
