Explain to me how for the past week, I've been averaging 1000+ ms latency with @rogers #rogers only to be told there's a known issue that requires a senior tech, but no one knows when it'll be addressed. Too bad @Bell doesn't offer fiber in my area or it'd be an easy switch.

After receiving a new modem from @Bell Me: Can you cancel my previous subscription? Bell: We could have just change the price of your subscription. Me: That’s what I wanted in the first place. Bell: Just send back the modem you just received

@Bell why do you record conversations for “quality assurance”, when you don’t go back to listen?? It has been 6 days now to get a technician to my mother-in-law’s house to fix her phone line. PHONE LINE!! Wake up Bell!!!

@Bell_Support Like we have told Bell on multiple occasions, her phone “does not work”, but someone from Bell keeps attempting to call her at the number that is not working. So, I’m guessing because she can’t answer a phone “that does not work”, the repairperson keeps cancelling?
