    @LauraRobinsonC @Bell Well teksavvy uses either bell or Rogers... So if you're having service issues it normally needs to be solved by bell or Rogers. But the customer service is better... I've used their services multiple times in the past

    @Bell i was offered a great phone plan by one of your agents, i never received my sim card and now they told me that my order was cancelled and that i cant get the original offer back. i literally have the confirmation email. **** yall. What kind of service do you guys offer???

    @jonmatthewspei @Bell Exact same thing happened here. It absolutely sucks. I sent a message to Bell to let them know I would sign up if they just went a little further. I was told to contact my MLA because it is a government project. #clarkinroad

    You know how @Bell can really support their employees? Paid sick days. Train supervisors to offer options beyond "just leave" when employees aren't mentally well. Change how customer service reps are rewarded for their work - eliminate sales from customer service.

    I have been trying for over an hour now to get my @bell mobility plan changed - web site failed, phone support failed, web chat failed!
