    @Bell I’ve just spent 1h in store. The rep called 5 dpts in front of me. I tried myself to find a solution before going to the store, talked to a CSR on the chat as well. All of that for an eSim transfer. And guess what? Still no resolution. It is simply insane. #BellCanada

    Dear @Bell I would like to tell how much I hate your so called Ultra high speed internet service. It friggin sucks. Just a few kms from me you hooked up at drug treatment centre with Fibre Optic network, but for some reason fly out don’t feel that you need to provide that

    @bell Preys on the elderly. My poor mother was paying $180 a month for 4mbps DSL internet and a landline phone... THIS IS ELDER ABUSE!!! @Ont_Ombudsman

    @Bell worst online chat experience ever. Lisa was her name. Took way too long , palmed me off with an automated message and ended the session . Shame on you for this woeful display. Customer survey would receive a zero

    @Bell_Support And they said they can’t help me I have to wait for a call back from some team that no one can talk to unless they call you. I was told to wait for 24 hours. Really..??
