I just need to scream from my little part of the world. That there is no more useless support system than @Bell_Support absolutely incapable of supporting anything business related since day one. Asks me my pin then refuses to validate me after 30 more questions!

@jodyvance @Bell_Support . @Bell took customer service to the Philippines years ago. I’ve been a customer for 15+ years. When I call, reps use fake names & lie that they are in Mississauga & give me a fake address. When I ask to be transferred to Canadian reps, they hang up. True story. Why do I stay? 😳

@jodyvance @Bell_Support Ok but isn’t it up to your credit card to fix it? I wouldn’t call Bell, I would call my bank’s credit card line & let them do the rest.
