@Bell your fibre internet service is a disgrace compared to a third world country. Get it together.

  • Mark_Goldberg Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported

@KeeganGoerz @Bell Follow the links in the post to read about business cases. No one invests just because they can 'afford' it. You need to be able to get a return on that investment By the way: MNO refers to Mobile Network Operators - last week wasn't a mobile decision

  • lamunekis Mama bear (@lamunekis) reported

@bell you guys are the most horrible company, I even tries to cancel my services and you just put me on hold for 40mins and then hanged up on me. No respect for consumer rights

  • Johnnymce1 Johnnymac (@Johnnymce1) reported

@Bell Fibe signal can't make 30 ft outside my house

  • HareFX David Hare (@HareFX) reported

Hey @Bell I was actually using my services (multi-tasking as they say) while navigating your menu as I anticipated being on hold for a long time. You have no created an unplanned service outage. Awesome.

  • HareFX David Hare (@HareFX) reported

So just when I though @bell service couldn’t get worse they go and out-do themselves. I called in because I my Wi-Fi pods weren’t working so I selected internet support from the menu. Without asking, the automated system said they were rebooting my router remotely. WTF‽

  • Velinda_KNights The Velinda K|Nights Foundation (@Velinda_KNights) reported

@Bell just gave me one of the strangest customer experiences ever. I just moved two houses and 7 people worth of business from a competitor to Bell and even signed up for other services. On losing my phone two days ago I was told they could not sell me a replacement! Sorry sir?

  • corkyzhaman Love4WesternCanada🇨🇦 (@corkyzhaman) reported

@Bell Your service has always been at the bottom of the heap. I’ll never go Bell again

  • KeeganGoerz Keegan Goerz (now w/ Pfizer 5G) (@KeeganGoerz) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @Bell Sorry, but this is a bad take. This reads like “yes it’s good to pay ransoms because then the kidnapped are returned”. In a free competitive market Bell would have *had* to make this investment to remain competitive. If they didn’t, someone else would.

  • jared_pozzobon jared ⚜ (@jared_pozzobon) reported

@Bell_Support is the 5g down in Vancouver BC? Nothing has loaded on my phone all weekend. Frustrating as a new Bell customer. Wondering what could be wrong. Thanks.
