First game I actually need @NHL Centre Ice for and its working, but not for the @EdmontonOilers game. And @Bell tech support is dead air.

@Bell_Support your live chat sucks, these reps are so slow

  • Ptbo_ChefMarty Martin Vanden Anker (@Ptbo_ChefMarty) reported

Why when you call @bell all u get is the run around when u try to fix a problem

  • RevisitingLife David (@RevisitingLife) reported

@Bell Terrible website. Abysmal phone channel. Slow customer support. Same price as competitors. My family was going to get Bell TV, not anymore. I will call @TELUS tomorrow to switch over to them. Goodbye Bell. @Bell_Support

  • bigcjat Chris Thompson (@bigcjat) reported

@Bell_Support No, I have unlimited data, reduced speed after the “allotment”. This is not reduced speed, this is terrible ping times, lost packets, sites hanging, apps broken, torture. A good tactic to get people to change their plan I suppose isn’t it?

  • sennies1980 dutty eh (@sennies1980) reported

@Senators @Bell My lord, The Euge is looking like Dobby the elf on a bad day. A very bad day.

  • taryntaro T A R O 💜 (@taryntaro) reported

@Bell_Support GREAT JOB ON FALSE ADVERTISING. And if you’re gonna argue you didn’t falsely advertise, make sure your reps know how to explain instead of just giving me the customer service department number to waste more of my time

  • airmech07 Shaun (@airmech07) reported

Thank you @Bell for another wasted day! First you cancel my internet by accident. Then when I upgrade my service only to be told by the installer 3 hrs later I can't have the service. So here's to 1.5 mbps internet as my 4 kids get older and rely on it everyday

@wickdchiq @VIA_Rail @Bell Welcome to Canada’s core infrastructure networks: where nothing works, three telecos in a trench coat take billions in public money & are never held accountable, & not one single order of government will actually do anything about our *trillion dollar infrastructure deficit* 🙃

  • bigcjat Chris Thompson (@bigcjat) reported

@Bell_Support I wouldn’t mind if it was just the speed that was reduced, but that’s not what’s happening. Some banking apps won’t even load, ping time and packet loss is huge. Css on sites completely abandoned. Go over your limit on bell, and you get 1990’s broken ugly internet as punishment
