@Bell Just watched the news story on how your company took advantage of a 85 Year old man with Alzheimer’s. Also disgusting and disturbing is how one of the phone representatives said the 85 Year old man was in a sound mind and you won’t help. Very sick. Very sick and sad.

@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars
