@Bell_Support @dave__whiteside Why would someone want to stay when this is how your customer service rep treated them? Just a heads up… this has become very common for your reps to be like this. As a bell customer I speak from personal experiences.

@Bell_Support @burrows179 Hey Bell, maybe let us have something more than 3G service in Huron/Perth counties when you're spending all the money advertising 5G in Toronto. That would give customers less reason to leave. Funny when you send an email warning customers that 3G is being cut off in the U.S.

@Bell_Support @Bell I lost my SIM card while traveling internationally and found out the worst process that has existed in human history. Bell needs to send my LOST SIM card# a message to verify before they can switch to a new SIM card. Logic left the conversation..

@dave__whiteside @Bell I absolutely hated the nightmare of being transferred multiple times to cancel my account. Next week they will call and offer you services at great-prices for being a “loyal customer”. Umm where were those prices when i was a customer?

@Bell_Support when will internet service be restored in Nepean K2G? Your estimated time was 1 pm. It is now 2:20 and still no service. This is the 2nd outage I've had since switching to Bell on July 20 2022.

@Bell Literally the worst pricing in the whole industry. That slow death from discount carriers eating their lunch. Check out @PublicMobile for a properly priced plan, and ffs dont give bell a dime.
