@Bell_Support @DrKateTO There is no mask mandate & no one is req'd by law to wear a mask at work except hospital workers. What if this customer wanted the tech to wear a haz mat suit, gloves & a mask. U would cater to this nonsense too.

@DoolanJulia @DrKateTO @Bell Yes she can request and they can refuse. Who needs the service? Why r u forcing your views on other ppl. Just wear a mask yourself. Its so easy as you say. Ur mask protects u.

@VeganSteve420 @DrKateTO @Bell It doesn’t improve customer service, it belittles the tech. Some jobs take much longer than an hour. You should open your own telecom company and hire all the mask wearing techs you’d like. Imagine how busy you’d be. 🙄

@asquared20me @DrKateTO @Bell 1/ Nobody said his situation didn’t matter. He could have been respectful and not had a tantrum. His behaviour when asked to mask while entering someone else’s home was an issue. It’s sad you only see the side of entitlement to not mask while entering someone else’s home.

@asquared20me @Bell_Support @DrKateTO I guess it’s up to Bell to decide if your are being ridiculous, or the homeowner/customer is the ridiculous one. I’ve already decided.

@vet_dot @Bell_Support @DrKateTO How should the social media team with possibly no training on installation fix this? They can help by putting OP in touch with the right people. Attacking the social media team when they have no control over the situation is not the vibe.
