    @Bell I only cancelled your internet today (cuz u guys still only offer max 50mbs in my area and I live near the city) and you decided to shut down the TV line. Wtf and so I have no service until tomorrow.

    @Bell This is a big lie. I had a great internet connection until I switched to bell pure fiber!!!! Which is not pure and they offered me 1gb / 1gb down/up but still I am on max 550mbits. They told me that they can guarantee the speed till modem.

    @Bell How is that my fault?? I don't work there! I'm just be given information and advised what to do a d assuming what I'm being told that it's correct. I get penalized because apparently I'm supposed to know ALL of the policies and procedures. It's complete crap!

    @Bell **** your stupid *** "fair use" policy. I pay through the roof every month for UNLIMITED data, not this 512 kbps bullshit. I can barely send texts and load web pages, much less do anything I actually need to. **** like this is why people switch to other carriers like Shaw
