@Bell You need 5000 customer service representatives 24/7/365. Rogers beats you because you have limited customer service. Your customer service is only 9-5 on weekdays and Rogers customer service is 24/7/365.

@CTVNews Maybe cellphone companies shouldn’t be allowed to charge $100 a month! @TELUS @Bell when MB Stilm had MTS. Plans were $50-60 a month, now they are $100, for less data and horrible customer service.

@hasyenpatel99 @Bell_Support My Bell problem was the phone line (everyone's phone and internet went down). My Bell phone is still down. If it's not back later today Rogers is getting my business. Not because there was problem, but because of how Bell responded to it.
