    @pebbles705488 @Bell_Support It's a joke. They fish new customers in, and jack up prices after, or atleast try to. Yet, the service across the board is nothing special. Not to mention the horrible offshore customer service and support. I call once a year to Bell, to talk to retention/loyalty retention.

    @Bell_Support It was from around 12:15AM until well after 2:00AM...couldn't report at the time because full outage - no internet, phone, cell in our area at all. Just want to know what happened to have all services down.

    @Bell_Support waiting for #BellCanada to come fix the phone line for DSL internet that was supposed to be installed 4 days ago. Called #bellsupport for an ETA and they hung up on me once they found out it was for 3rd party. Despicable when internet is essential for lockdown

    @Bell_Support Any idea what caused the complete outage in the Cobourg area last night? All services including cell phones down for a couple hours.
