@Bell @Videotron Called Bell to cancel services as we switched to Videotron (same service but for less). After refusing retention offers the agent hanged up on me. Bell would offer better service if agents didn't fear losing their jobs over statistics/retention objectives. 👎👎

@ZrunBunsjjdhdhd @Bell That is very true. They install the modem right in the basement back far corner so you can't get a signal outdoors or in the opposite side of the home upstairs. A Wi-Fi modem must be placed centrally to work in a home. Their techs are not trained.

@FidoSolutions @FidoSolutions you guys broke the internet during your maintenance work, it should be your priority to fix it as soon as possible not after 2 days. I wouldn't be put up with you if @Bell has fiber internet in my area!!!

@Bell_Support I called again and spent some time with one of your techs. He did a great job and the problem should be fixed once I receive my new tv box in the mail.
