@Josefi1231 @WhitecapsFC @Bell Hasal wasn’t y’all’s problem, it was y’all’s defense, I don’t mean this in a bad way for your team overall but your defense left him out to dry the whole game

@Bell why is my 2.4ghz band so slow now? My phone and Roku only get like 1Mbps when they used to get 40Mbps of higher

On the phone, @Bell_Support isn't any better. They never connect me to anyone who can actually solve a problem, and they just end up arranging another one of these useless technical visits which never leads to a resolution.

@Bell_Support @bell you have been calling me non-stop all day, never leaving me a voicemail. Either stop calling me, or leave me a message if it’s an actual call and you’re not trying to sell me something. As if I don’t get 20 spam calls a day already, you don’t need to add to it

So after seeing that this 'work' (which never occured) was complete, Bell shut down our DSL line on Wednesday, Feb 16 and we've been without internet ever since. Despite many calls, @Bell_Support refuses to switch our DSL line back on (because we're now on a Fiber plan).

According to @Bell_Support 's customer log, a tech had come on Jan 25 to switch us over to Fiber from the Copper/DSL line. This work was listed as 'complete' on Bell's log. Cool, except 1) nobody from our studio requested that 2) there was never a fiber optic line installed.

@Bell_Support I have been having very intermittent internet today and most of yesterday. I'm lucky if I stays up for 5 minutes. Seems there are some big problems with DNS and WAN as it keeps dropping connection. Great way to ruin a weekend.

@Bell if you ever wonder why people hate your service, look no further than your stupid Bluetooth Fibe remote. What a scam and absolute waste of time. #cancelbell
