@Bell_Support Discussed with Bell and if your modem does not cover your 2500+ sqft simple two storey home and Technical support advises to rectify the issue with pods then it’s a customer problem which customer needs to pay, since multiple factors affect Bell modem signals.

  • GreenDLawn GreenDLawn ⭕ (@GreenDLawn) reported

@Bell @CraveCanada what was the point of giving me six months of a useless subscription I can't even watch on my TV. Got my hopes up for nothing. I thought maybe I might get back in the crave train but I'll just cancel my account after one day cause you spit in my face.

  • CaroMeade Caroline Meade (@CaroMeade) reported

@Bell_Support The Bell customers @ 4164499839 have been without phone, internet or TV services since SUNDAY 4 DECEMBER - no technician, no help, just the runaround from "customer service agents." What gives? We need answers, we need SERVICE

@TechisDusty @Bell_Support I have it too - apparently there's an outage. I'm in Kingston, don't know what other areas might be impacted.

  • iamK_T KayTee (@iamK_T) reported

Dear @Bell at the very minimum someone could at least let us know what the issue is and a real repair date..issues happening since last Saturday.

  • behrak BS (@behrak) reported

So basically @Bell and @TSN_Sports charged me so I can watch your ad in the middle of #FIFAWorldCup game-deciding penalty shots. Best way for @ExpediaCA brand to go into my **** list! Well Done!

  • ImOnAGuyatt hee haw (@ImOnAGuyatt) reported

Literally just switched to @Bell a couple weeks ago and already our internet went down when I work from home and we have to wait a day for a technician.. nice. Wonderful service

  • KBothouse Kev Whitehouse (@KBothouse) reported

@TorontoUltra @Bell @Activision your game is so ***. 2 dev errors and a recon drone glitch in finals costing people actual money. GGs all who played.

  • JagmeetKapur Jagmeet Kapur (@JagmeetKapur) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell - How do you view when your modem leaves dead zones in a normal two storey home where Rogers works like a charm…. On top of it L3 confirms the issue, and then support tries to charge customers for wifi pod’s. Is this a service deficiency or an upsell?
