    My call to @Bell_Support is going as planned. 1st person, "Can't help you. Let me transfer you." On hold 10 minutes. 2nd person, asks for info again, puts me on hold another 10, "Can't help you." Me: "Please escalate this." 2nd: I'm checking something else. Line drops. 😠

    So my internet has not being working good for September and October looks like the same thing again is any one else in brampton having the same problem @Rogers I am waiting on bell to get back switch over soon @Bell

    @Bell_Support Was wondering if you have any calls about unstable internet in the markham area? My internet is very unstable around this time for the past week. I'm not the owner of the internet account nor do I have any of the info but this instability of over 1000 ping is hard.

    So far my first week with @bell has been pretty terrible... It's been nothing but problems since day 1 and they don't seem too interested in fixing my service that breaks every 5 minutes... Been on 10+ phone calls and my stuff still doesn't work.

    This is how you DON'T run a business. You take your life long customers, overcharge them, don't show up when they move, then the competitor come in and give them 3xs the service for $30 less a month. You're a horrible business @Bell. And we are done with you. #byebye #bellhell

    @Bell_Support Our bell business line is down. I was told it was cancelled. But there are no notes on the file. We're a small business and need our phone line. That we pay for. That we did not cancel. We were told that we "may" get help at some point on Mon.

    That feeling when your wifi and data have been out for 15 days and @TELUSsupport says "hopefully you get your call back in 10 more days" Hey @Bell do you have faster customer service than this? Your plans are looking kinda nice right now.
