The fact that @Bell @Bell_Support says it could take 24 hours for an area outage to be fixed is completely unacceptable. People are still working from home so it’s not just no social media or tv for 24 hours your impacting peoples ability to do their jobs #dobetter #fixit

@RogersHelps after 20 years of loyalty to Rogers for tv, mobile, landline,and internet, Customer Service can’t be bothered to return calls or offer competitive pricing. And so we are off to @Bell. Can’t believe it.

@Bell I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and never received a single phone call from you guys. I cancel my services last night (which took over 45min BTW). Since then I have received 3 phone calls from survey firms and retention folks. leave me alone.
