    @Bell_Support Sure. Right after someone can explain why I'm being billed for two months of internet services when my services have only been active for barely a month. Sending you a DM gets me no where. Calling gets me no where. The "service" I've received has been abysmal.

    @Bell_Support It’s not a mobile, it’s an iPad for which I cannot update the iOS beyond 12.5.5. Can you fix your Bell app, yes or no? Just run a test and you’ll see for yourself!
