@KwnStorm @Bell @Bell_Support The sad thing is Bell and Rogers always do this. I'm in a 5G area getting 80kbps speeds nowhere near my data limit and my bills every other month keep increasing for bogus charges. Every month I'm on the phone with them trying to fix it and getting nowhere with them!

@Bell_Support @scraptoon I was out of my account for about 4months without explanation from their support team, after series of appeal, sending mails and no response I was referred to unihackspyyyy viia łństergrm which I hired. They were able to help access my account in just 50 mins.

@Bell_Support Bell technicians laying new cable on my street ended up cutting my Rogers cable connection in the process. We ended up going over 24 hrs without internet (while I missed several meetings) before a Rogers technician could come out to temp fix (not Rogers fault).

@Bell_Support Hi! Can you have Expressvu without a PVR? I believe FIBE needs it, but my Parents have Expressvu, and have been having problems with constant recording by accident, preventing them from being able to watch. Can they call and have the PVRs removed?

@Bell excuse me but why in 2021 would you only provide 1 4K box per-home, and demand the others be upgraded? When most TVs are 4K and we all use Prime and YouTube? @Rogers’ Ignite boxes support 4K and YouTube.
