    Is anyone else having trouble making calls on bell and virgin network? Calls won't go through and when I attempt to call myself from another phone it says registered in the network @Bell @VirginPlusCare

    I must say…. If you’re shopping around for home internet, DO NOT choose @Bell I get error 1202 no hsi every other month. They always waste your time with rebooting and sending you to go get a new modem and none of that ever fixes the issue. I so sick of this! 🤬 @Bell_Support

    @Bell @VirginPlusCare have made initiating a transfer of responsibility so incredibly frustrating. spoke with five customer care agents and followed every instruction to the letter - including paying any balance due -

    Bell internet is down for 50 households in my area and not expected to be repaired for another day and a half. It reminds me why I hate smart appliances, internet based security systems, streaming-only entertainment, and internet phone service. Thanks, @Bell, for the reminder.

    At this point, the @Bell network should be able to direct to customers near a Connection Hub modem, the relative opacity of the current based off of the impact a person or company has had on the rest of the world.

    @Relationwe633 The rep on the phone agreed to the $50 refund after 48 min on the call to correct this error on @Bell part. That is a lot of time for what should have been a simple issue. It took 3 different people to get it resolved.

    @Rogers One day late on a payment and you've gor your idiot collection department emailing me non stop. At this point I'm ready to pay the fee and cancel service with you and head over to @Bell who has faster speeds for cheaper prices, and don't do this collections garbage.
