    @Bell_Support Worst customer service ever. call your support line, none of them know what a mac address is. we have replaced our digital box 4 times now & now a possible 5 times like what more do we have to do to get a working box, cant get execs to call us back what **** service

    @Bell With the number of spam and scam calls, will you ever solve the problem? You could easily develop a "white list" so that we can approve who we receive calls from. Why do you not do this?

    @Bell @Bell_Support sorry we have been trying for weeks to get help. Keep telling us a tech will be there tomorrow and tommorow comes and goes..on phone for hours at time no one can help us.

    Hi @Bell_Support :) At our location it says that the highest speed package is 25 mbps. But after we got it, the second and third months it ran at 200 mbps. (That was awesome, btw) But then it went back down to 25. 🥲 Did we just have access to the whole community speed then?
