Well, my optimism about my @Bell service has been flushed down the toilet. I’ve spoken to technical support for three straight days, and it’s astonishing how different the answers have been. Friday, I was told everything was fine with Bell’s hardware and it was on my end.

I pay $155 a month for cell phone with @Bell with ‘unlimited’ data. I get throttled mid month on data when I go over my limit. Moved from Rogers years ago after the worst customer service. Maybe we need to open our market to US companies??

@Bell_Support someone I spoke to at tech support last night that declared on of my five boxes needed to be replaced sent me to a Bell store to swap it out. I'm at the Bell store now and they claim they do not provide that service and it needs to be mailed to me. Please advise.

So, @Bell - why do you treat customers so badly? We ordered Wireless internet installation & you immediately cut off our current service which I need for remote teaching. Local Bell technician says no need for this. Spent 2 hours on phone discovering customer service don't care.

Our "amazing" @Bell DSL internet service went down around 4:00 p.m. I called up Bell and had a 15 minute conversation with a level 1 rep telling me it's impossible for us to have DSL internet if we don't have home phone. Please end my suffering @SpaceXStarlink @elonmusk
