@bell did you really teach your drivers to fly thru shoulders across solid white lines and speed down on 401 ramps past traffic so stupidly? And in trucks plastered with Bell branding seems extra stupid.

  • ChristyBarnett0 Christy Barnett (@ChristyBarnett0) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell since when do you need a customer’s drivers license to add a mobile phone to mine bill I’ve been a customer since 2017 and tried to add a cell phone line and the guy demanded my drivers license number.

  • enviromo enviromo (@enviromo) reported

Dear @Bell, I need a cable physically moved but after a week and several phone calls cannot find anyone on your staff who understands what I want, let alone someone who can actually do this. If I call for a new service, are you more likely to respond???? Infuriatedly yours...

@Bell_Support Is Bell prohibiting subscription to Bell Fibe TV app service to non Bell internet customers? Why? This is like Netflix requiring Verizon internet service. No technical reason for this.

  • roshan0211 Roshan Mehta (@roshan0211) reported

@Bell_Support There is an Internet outage in Brampton since yesterday which was expected to be resolved last night but now you have changed the ETA to this afternoon. Please advise what is happening and when will this be resolved. We pay for the your best FIBE not for this

@Bell well talk when you stop slowing it down after x amount

@Bell_Support @NickMurray91 That's the thing bell, it's not an account issue, it's a Iqaluit city wide issue... the best you'd be able to "help us" is by either crediting our own accounts if we DM you... fix the problem and give us proper cell service
