    @JenniferFrezza @Bell_Support @Bell_Support is denying it but I just got a confirmation through their website. They are aware of it and are currently working on the issue.

    @Bell_Support Phone and text has been off since early this morning. Went to Bell store at 10 and he said 5min to 1 hour. Phones are mission critical - my mother is in the hospital. When will it be back? I will switch providers if you don't fix it soon. Phones are critical

    @Bell your customer service is horrible. I have been on calls with your customer service all day Sunday (the worst Sunday ever) to get my home internet working and 9 hours later it is still not working. Thanks for helping your customers work from home.

    @tinycorvid @Bell_Support Still chatting with the agent through the my bell app. They don’t seem to be aware. They said they have a known outage in Central Quebec. They are creating an « incident escalation » they say our towers may be affected.
