    @Bell 04-21 I call customer support tech agent .Our Modem is broken . I am told I cannot go to a location near me, despite being in a fairly big city in ON .A new one will be sent & should arrive 1-2 business days. Never arrives. On 04-27 contact them again. Modem never sent

    @Bell Still, atm proof and caisse continues to game ********. Enough to have that shut down. I did everything, Montréal headquarters is below the local branch. On the phone, and here different. Here won again. What they did mum jokes too.

    @Bell I have issue with speed, Cus agent defending without understanding my concern . Just reading the script and suggestion. 1.5Gbps plan getting 85, 150,260 mbps.Less than 20%.She told this is what I can assist. Poor customer support.
