    @Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

    @Bell 3 hours on the phone, 2 disconnected calls, 1 PVR still not working and an automated call asking me to do a survey??? The most unserious company by far!!! #BellisHell

    I have had literally the worst experience with @Bell and they won’t do anything for my inconvenience. So if anyone is looking to go to Bell just save the headache and go literally anywhere else. Will never use them ever again.

    I’m not surprised, but it is still jarring to deal with the stream of lies and incompetence @bell. A simple internet spd upgrade that requires one change in their system. Nothing on-site. 5 days and 4 interactions with support, still not done. Every person has lied at least once.

    @Bell so when someone has been a customer for >50 years, and they stupidly die mid-2yr contract (mom, seriously bad planning) they still have to pay your cancellation penalties? Make it make sense please.

    @Bell I just spent an entire day waiting for your service workers to come and fix my fiber line to the house. Ive been 2 days without internet now. Your workers were scheduled to come repair the line between 12 and 5. They arrived just after 10:30 with no call as I was driving.
