    @Bell_Support TV frozen on Bell Fibe screen since 4:30pm. When will it be fixed? When will I receive a refund for this outage?

    @Bell_Support When our TV stopped altogether, we had no choice. Now using the Fibe app on my iPad to cast to the TV. Funny, my Samsung S10 phone kept dropping the cast signal every minute...
