    @Bell my parents are in their 70s, not very computer literate. They think it is normal for email homepage to take 10 min to load. They decided to switch email service, but no poss to transfer contacts/emails from Bell. Shame on you.

    @Bell_Support I have been getting double to triple my latency all day & have been troubleshooting for the past 2 hours to no avail. It is not a problem on my end, it is definitely an issue on your end. Please solve your issues. Location - Vaughan, Ontario.

    @Bell_Support Numerous x's I have. Nothing changes. After hospital not getting a hold of me I called from rural road - 3 bars! They gave me a ticket. I said calls drop+ don't go thru at X's. 5 days later a gal leaves voicemail to say they could not get a hold of me + considers problem solved
