@freedomsupport It's been over three weeks. How long does it take someone to open a database table, uncheck a box, and press save? @Bell how long would it take you to unblock a customer's text messaging if flagged by accident?

They never actually sent e-bills, just a notice that I could login to see them. I went to login to access my bills from last year, and they have now deleted everything. Now @Bell_Support will only allow me to see the bills if I pay $20 PER BILL for them to reprint them.
