    So finally convinced @Bell_Support that my unreliable DSL connection makes me eligible for wireless (they are limiting it for performance) and they cancel my DSL same day... but the wireless install is for NEXT WEEK.

    @agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO

    Seeing that @Bell_Support had an expired eSIM QR code a few months ago and it was an hour in store to get it set up, I have $10 on this isn’t supported by the carrier problem will occur

    @Bell_Support When are we going to get an update re: outage in Beckwith Township area? Stolen copper... first it was Friday 10pm and now Monday. Your outage tool says there's no outage. 310-BELL says there is. Unknown what Bell tool is actually accurate. Help!

    @Bell_Support I’m you’re going to force me to receive a code on my phone (after I already entered the one you sent to my email) MAYBE you should actually provide cell service in my community, because my work wifi won’t let me receive texts on my phone! I already entered 1 code!!

    People in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.
