Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. Stunlokked (@stunlokked) reportedEvery time I'm gonna pay my @Bell bill it makes me literally sick to my stomach. $240/month for home internet and phone. and there's no way to make it significantly cheaper without switching providers for a while until their credit expires. If I change my internet from 3gig to to 500mb/s its only $20 difference but fvcking bell keeps increasing the internet price so eventually I will be paying just as much as 3gig but getting 500mb speeds. they don't offer any cheaper phone plans either. I should have just switched service provider when the monthly credit expired, but its fvcking annoying having to re-setup internet and phone every other year. and who am I gonna switch to? back to @Rogers again ? LMAO NO WAY IN HELL am I going back to their dogshvt internet again. @TELUS ? they are basically just as expensive as bell. like ****!

RJT Sharma (@RJTSharma8) reported@Bell_Support I haven’t got any resolution or further update from bell. I DM’d all the details but no further update. Instead your customer support is closing my query every 48hour with no update. Escalate it Asap.

jumpingoverleaves (@jumpingleaves1) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell You can't get a human to respond when you call FIDO for ANY issue. The AI is actually stupid and can never resolve anything. After you've tried over and over, it tells you that you can schedule a call with a human. The first date and time available is at min. 3 days later.
