It is incredible how we are extremely vulnerable as customers and no matter what, we always have to pay for outstanding and expensive balances even though bills are unfair. My Bell experience was awful @Bell with a very poor and overpriced service.

@Bell For most of London ON, "Fibre" means 1km of copper from the nearest fibre node to your home, at 50Mbps, for around $100. It's pathetic. I used to live near Google in Kitchener, now that's actual Fibre service... 1Gbps up and down, for around $100.

@Bell_Support Business phone lines are down and wait time over an hour to speak to a rep. Is there another way I can get an ETA on the repair?

@Bell If the copper lines you purchased from MTS in 2017 are in such poor condition how come you repeatedly have refused to enable to fiber line that you have installed to my house? Cc @cbcmarketplace

No power and no cell service means NO ABILITY to contact emergency services. A wired phone is no longer an option according to Bell due to “upgrades” to the system. This senior is furious. @Bell_Support @bellcanadalies

@bell if you want to speak to me about a service call I had with you, when you call ME make sure it's a live person and not a message telling me to call you back. I spent an hour trying to get you to arrange the service call. I won't call you back when you want to talk to me.

@Bell_Support Tried this a few times and still no internet. Our power returned yesterday afternoon and we had wifi, but woke up this morning to none. Clearly this isn't a router issue; it's a Bell issue
