@FF_MuTeX @Bell @FF_MuTeX Bro teying switching to Rogers , i had the same issue when i was with Bell, they sent technicians like 7 yimes and couldn't figure out what was wrong, after then i switched to rogers since then no issues except the Outage. LOL

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Bell probably won't be of much help because the equipment that comes with fibe is an all in one router/modem and you are bypassing theirs with your own. I would recommend just using the bell hub and try to access the internet with just their equipment.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell something i’ve learned when it comes to internet companies, don’t **** with their own modems and routers, always get external routers and modems and connect those, they overcharge for those modems and routers and most of the time they don’t work well, maybe try a separate modem?

Hi @Bell + @Bell_Support - Never had a more harrowing experience trying to order home internet or mobile service before! Call 1 - Found a great bundle deal - home internet + mobile phone Call 2 - Customer Service corrected my postal code and added a service I didn't ask for 1/n

@FF_MuTeX @Bell So with bell if you call in and ask for a white glove tech to come out and look they will send out that’s been there for years and great at problem solving this type of thing.

@Bell_Support Worst onboarding ever - tried to move 3 cell #'s to Bell: - Hours on the phone - 6 calls over 5 days - 2 drives into town for SIMS & to activate - Try to port #s then price changes by $250 Give up, cancel, disastrous service, shouldn't be so hard @ISED_CA fix it!

@FF_MuTeX @BlurryJS @Bell Could be bcuz of router maybe, i had issue with that replace my router so my internet connection is stabled. Currently using TP Ling gamer router is the best.
