@Bell hi I'm not able to use usb on PC by using \\mynetwork as mentioned on one of the help pages highly regarded bell . So went for help from customer service & they say sorry it's for future purpose. #canuexplainme #futurepurpose.

@Patrick_wLiddle @Bell_Support Ours went out, again, at 5:45 pm. Have had problems with no or limited internet since Sat. 6:15 am. Rebooting the modem, as per phone support, has had little to no effect. System problem? Had to cancel my online class tonight. Loss of income.
