    @amazonfiretv why does the Fire TV stop playing the radio with TuneIn after 3 or 4 hours? If I use the @Bell TV device it can run all day. I even bought the Ethernet device for it but it does not help. I want it to play while I work without fiddling.

    @TSpencerNairn @Bell It never happens during the day it seems. Only when something monumental is on…🙄

  • jpverysimple Jimmy (@jpverysimple) reported

    @Bell Canada has the best customer service in Canada. Switched from @TELUS and am so happy. I really don’t like to put it on public domain but @telus has the worst customer service I have encountered. Theirs AI customer service is impossible.

    Hi there @Bell Is it possible to get your engineers to do some tests on the 5G network in Rexdale. The only place I get more than one bar of 5G signal on my Pixel 8 is at Queens Plate Drive Centre. I no longer use 5G and have switched to LTE due to poor signal strength.

    @Bell We’ve all had bad customer experiences with businesses over the years. Spent over 2 hours on hold today with Bell only for a dropped call with no callback (bell provider) and an agent accidentally cancelling all my services instead of just one. #firstworldproblems

  • ashleyfmeyer AshleyFMeyer (@ashleyfmeyer) reported

    @Bell is there still an outage on internet?? I have been without internet for 24 hours and I’m not a happy customer

  • MikeMacHitchman Michael G. Hitchman (@MikeMacHitchman) reported

    @Bell The qualcomm computers and central offices are back in service with the fibre...I was able to balance the loads on the new internet braces for this planet, somebody had grounded the vacuum tube televisions with the force of the internet, it was either that or a chlorine...

  • drixprods Drix (@drixprods) reported

    @Bell Your service is pathetic

  • caffekat Kat A (@caffekat) reported

    @Bell It's bad enough that all my recordings delete after 24 hrs, but when you don't keep the on-demand updated, it makes what I pay for utterly useless. What's the end game here? Frustrate your fibe customers until they turn to streaming only so you can get rid of it? #bellfibe
