@Chris170170 @Bell I know it’s crazy, we don’t even get Bell service here, meaning there is no service… And yet after living here for five years I still get phone calls. It’s unbelievable.

@Bell Two years ago, your rep, who barely speaks English, told me my numbers were put on your #DoNotCall list, as per CANADIAN LAW. There's your damn issue.

I called @Rogers yesterday, to terminate my internet service. 10 minutes of being forced to listen to retention offers I have already declined - after telling them I already switched to @Bell! - they tell me they will call me back within an hour to close my account. 1/x

@turr1959 @StJohnsTelegram For past couple of years, reliable cell service between Deer Lake & Baie Verte Junction is virtually non existent. There must be some issue with the tower at Mount Seemore. Can have 2-3 bars, but phone calls drop and data for accessing internet is unusable on LTE and 3G. @Bell

Ever think about going with Bell internet? Turn around and run far the other way!:) I know some of you probably don’t like these rants but this is seriously pissing me off to a point that I probably will never use @Bell Internet ever again. I called on the 30th asking about a Site Survey of my new apartment to get Fibre installed, as the building DIRECTLY across the street has Fibre and I do not in my new apartment. I was told I would receive a call BEFORE Tuesday this week, which I never got. I called in today trying to see what the hell is going on, because I NEED INTERNET to WORK, and was told that it’s shouldn’t have taken that long, but only 48 hours instead! I told the person over the phone, (who claimed to be a supervisor) that this didn’t make any sense, as it’s been OVER 72 HOURS and I STILL hadn’t received a call or update, and asked to speak with a Team Leader about the situation since I’m just being lied too, in which the ‘supervisor’ told me that I was not allowed to speak with them and it was impossible, and then proceeded to hang up on me after calling him out, as I have been able to without issue in the past. I called back and told them the story, they sent me to a ‘supervisor’, who I asked for a Team Lead, who, WITHOUT ISSUE, transferred me right away to a Team Lead, who told me that finally, I wouldn’t hear back about Fiber until THURSDAY AT THE EARLIEST. So, I’ve been lied too twice and hung up on for making a reasonable request, just to be told to wait even longer, and that there’s nothing I can do about it. So- @Bell are you going to actually ******* help me get some internet or something started by tomorrow? Or am I switching internet service providers? Your call!:)

So it turns out when someone dies, and is a customer of @Bell and has a credit of 600+/- dollars. Bell Canada does not want to refund the money but rather keep it and … transfer all the service instead, despite of if the person does not need them @bell Canada has no shame
