@Bell @Bell_Support She was so rude and disrespectful. I can’t believe Bell hires people like that for customer service. She kept pushing me to get TV when all I called was for a quote for the Internet.

@Bell_Support P/2 Bell sends a modem and tells me to do it myself. Only the don’t include the right wires. I tried to install it and everything breaks down. Now I don’t have any internet, phone or tv service and I have to work tonight. All you had to do is send a technician in the first place

@Bell that moment I’m trying to call 911 but I can’t because Bell has to collect money from me, from a contact I didn’t even sign, wow I’m shocked I’ve never heard of such a disgrace. Is money really important ? Alexander Bell would be ashamed of what you’ve done to his name.

@Bell @Bell_Support Just had a sales rep tell me that your 25 basic TV channel package as the Fibe app is a “streaming service” and I can cancel my other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime once i get it with you. She laughed on my face when i told her it’s not the same thing.

@Bell @Bell_Support, Hi team, its been 3 months I had been following up with you guys for wrongful billing. You guys overcharged me for modem which I returned and received confirmation from you and was charged for TV services which I never purchased. CAD 400 is not a small amount
