    @Bell_Support I realize you are aware of the service issue, but not answering the questions phone and dealing with customers is an awful way to conduct business.

    @Bell_Support Grieving & now no TV. The only thing that was going to make bearable the one week point since my very close friend died was the distraction of TV. Now I don’t even have that. This is your usual lack of communication & customer awareness on steroids.
