@gerrybuddy @lee_jasonk @Bell When I cancelled a Bell service recently, I had no option other than to call to cancel. You go through everything then you are passed to another rep, who asks for same info then they start trying to upsell different (aka more expensive) services while you're on line. It is awful.

  • csimailak Craig (@csimailak) reported

@Bell u have very shoddy cell service in Baker Lake, Nunavut, u guys did "tower improvements", but now service is worse when rain, snow, sleet weather, majority of ppl rely on cellphone now, we cancelled land line phones, please look into & repair

@bell_support YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Waited three hours for promised technician this morning. Surprise! No one shows up, I still have no wifi or tv, and I pay you $330/month! I have been using hotspot for THREE DAYS! How do you run a business with no regard for customers?

  • BarryWheeler Barry Wheeler (@BarryWheeler) reported

@Bell_Support So, I guess you're the lucky one. I wouldn't expect "Bell Support" to answer or reply any differently. It's this type of condescending attitude that I expect. It's not "us", it's "you" ... thanks but no thanks.

@lee_jasonk @Bell Going through online support at their website seems to be faster for most companies.

@Bell_Support Outage in Kanata K2l postal code. Boring crew is in the area. Tried calling but automated customer is insufferable. Is the outage being looked in to?

@Bell disconnects in the middle of a service call. Won’t address their slow rural internet problems. Won’t send a technician. CRTC, get rural internet working already!
