Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • freanric Will (@freanric) reported

@Bell I'm not surprised your social media team is as **** as your internet service provision. How about this, do you want to get the law involved?

  • andrewe Andrew Escobar (Andres) (@andrewe) reported

@smnc @Bell @Netflix_CA Is this a uniquely Bell problem? When I was with Rogers we had an ipv6 address and it hardly ever (or never) changed. But Bell is stuck in ipv4 land and we get new ip address all the time.

  • Chris_bluejays1 Chris (@Chris_bluejays1) reported

No closer to a resolution. @Bell this is terrible. This definitely makes me not want to be a customer if this is how I am gonna get treated. I am very disappointed and angry that this is how I’ve been treated.

  • Superfungi83 LukeC (@Superfungi83) reported

@Bell_Support just wondering why after being a customer for 15 years I’m being charged $95/month for a Canada wide 10gb plan when I’ve brought my own device? After reviewing other competitors I can receive the same coverage on your network for $50/month.

  • tjagmoc_ Tennissa Jagmoc (@tjagmoc_) reported

@Bell_Support is there a outage in Mississauga?

  • JoshuaEatonCA Joshua Eaton (伊顿) (@JoshuaEatonCA) reported

When is @Bell_Aliant (@Bell) going to roll out there 3gbps #Fibre services to #NovaScotia? I will gladly upgrade from my 1.5gbps service just so I can get the #gigahub because I want the 10gbps port

  • Chris_bluejays1 Chris (@Chris_bluejays1) reported

There was nothing about what @Bell would do to fix it. So I reached out on FB. And that was a joke. I was told they couldn’t help me because they cut the line. The only thing they would say that I didn’t already know was that it was for nonpayment

  • dancemonkey73 Chiara 🇨🇦 (@dancemonkey73) reported

Bell Canada is the worst for billing. @Bell

  • somewhatcivil bureaucrat (@somewhatcivil) reported

@Bell_Support hey folks, is two hours on hold for tech support the norm these days? Still waiting.
