@steveshannahan @Bell_Support @CRTCeng I got a call from their Network peeps. They are definitely aware and two projects are coming, one in July and one in the next year to add more towers. So guess I will see after July but it's so frustrating.

@Bell_Support I upgraded phones months ago and going to check my voicemail and it asks for a temporary passcode. I’ve tried my 7 and 10 digit number and old passcode and none work. And resetting erases the voicemail I need, so in a bit of a problem

Just had the most surreal exchange with a @Bell_Support agent about my cell phone bill. Unbelievable how those agents can lie and give you the runaround to save a couple $100. @bell is terrible at customer service. And during a pandemic as well. @bellcanadalies 👎

Why is @Bell so difficult to deal with?! If anyone is on the fence about which company to go through: 0/10. I would recommend crawling over broken glass before starting an account with them.
